Just went and purchased my first car from a car lot. I have been to over 20 different ones from Salisbury to Greensboro Lexington Kernersville Burlington and just when i thought i had lost hope i met Kevin at big daddy's Auto and he was by far the nicest and informative car salesman ive ever met he hooked me up with a nice car at the most unbelievable price!!! I actually bought a van, had it about 6 months and totalled it. I was terrified that I would be paying the difference between the actual cash value and my loan, but Credit Quick wrote it off even though I didn't have gap coverage. They also financed another vehicle for me a month later and worked with me on the down payment! I have totally bad credit and have usually had to do buy here/pay here places and cars that weren't dependable. I'm very happy with these guys!

Kevin (AKA Big Country) was very helpful and considerate when assisting my mom in her vehicle search. She was able to leave happily with a Volkswagen that she enjoys. I'm pleased with the deal him and his colleagues were able to work out for her including a month warranty on most mechanical parts.

I believe eddy was our salesman he was very helpful made our buying process very easy we was between a Ford Focus 2015 SE or a Kia Soul 2015+ which we choose the Kia Soul which was a perfect little car for us payments are responsible and perfect for us. They work with you as long you have a job and insurance!! About a few days went by I went by and showed eddy that an oil light was flashing and he said maybe a failed pump well it turns out to be a faulty oil filter “Forsyth auto care” installed Kia told me it was the wrong filter! Kia changed my oil and filter and the light went away. If you buy any used car do your research and make sure you know the car you are buying before you make the purchase!! But big daddy’s auto is a very good place to buy your first or last vehicle 🚗 beep beep!

This review Is long overdue. I was browsing online looking to purchase a car. I came across Big daddys website and seen a lexus that I was Interested In. I called them up and was returned a call by the manager Eddie Long. He was beyond nice and so patient with me, we went over all the numbers before I made the drive to look at the car. He insisted I drive It to make sure It was what I wanted. Long story short everything was exactly what he said over the phone. No hassle and a very easy buying process. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would highly reccomend taking with Eddie. Beyond happy with my purchase!
