Danny went above and beyond to make sure me and my family had a room tonight. Was surprised how clean and well kept the property was for the price. You can tell the owners and staff care about the guests experience at this property. Every time I stay here it doesn't matter who is at the front desk, they are always kind and professional.

This hotel has been recently remodeled & it looks very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I enjoyed a nice stay. Will be back when I return to the area for work.

My 5***** goes toward the young man that did my booking the night of sep15. He was quite accommodating and helped us feel welcome with a smile. My family and I are very pleased with our experience here. The rooms were clean and comfy. The next day the young lady was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this location. It may not be a brand new hotel, but if keepers share smiles like that we knew that we'lll be in good hands. Thank you for your sincerity and professionalism.🤙

Front Staff owner was excellent. The Pillows and the bed are the best I've ever slept on. If I could have taken home that bed I would have. Good muffins, cereal , juices etc..for breakfast. I stayed there all most 2 weeks I'll go back again for sure.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was not bad at all.
They doing remodeling which will be beneficial to future residents.

Only downside I had was the constant reminding to clean my room as scheduled. I locked my pets up on cleaning day and found myself having to go tell office why they keep skipping my room.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is OK. Overall it was a good stay and quiet at night.

My husband and I have been meeting in the middle of our job sites and choose this location with out a doubt the best cleanest friendliest place to stay. Don is top knotch and management goes above and beyond. The hot breakfast can feed the whole family. Highly recommend!! Close...walking distance to EVERYTHING!!

Staff very professional go above and beyond. General Manager Maria went out her way to make sure my family and myself were comfortable and all needs were met. Wayne in maintenance very nice and did anything possible to make sure my room was at its best. The housekeeping staff and front desk were all friendly . Will return to hotel. Highly recommend.

I am currently staying here at the moment as I am working on the soccer complex in Bermuda run. Year to date I have stayed and 303 choice hotels for the last 365 days not 303 different hotels but 303 nights total. I have left maybe three reviews and all of that time this being the third one of them was extremely negative one of them was positive and this one will be positive as well. Very quiet very peaceful very clean the staff are very nice and very respectful if you are looking for a clean inexpensive relaxing place to stay this is your spot!

Absolutely MOST hospitable staff I have EVER had the pleasure of being with in 4 Decades of hotel and resort stays in North America! Maria, the Manager, has done a Superb job creating the BEST POSSIBLE environment for a guest experience! KUDOS!

I work in the area weekdays so I stay here every week. The front desk staff is so friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. It's refreshing to treated with kindness and consideration--to have employees ask you if you need anything and how your stay is going. The lobby and the rooms are clean and a great value for the price. It's a no smoking property, so I really appreciate that. Any questions I may have are quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I would not consider staying at any other hotel while working in this area.

Stayed here last night for doctor's appointment. We had three small pets and Maria was so helpful to my husband and me. She even carried our smallest pet to our room for us🤗 The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. We will definitely stay here again. Check-in was quick and everything we needed was provided. I was very impressed with the amazing customer service at The Quality Inn. We spoke to Alex Q, when booking the room, and he gave us options to suit our needs. He genuinely cared by being very helpful and friendly to make sure we had a comfortable room. The general manager, Maria N, also went above and beyond to make us feel at “home” during our stay. While we were leaving, the housekeepers were just as friendly and wished us well on our future travels. All around a great, friendly staff. I highly recommend Quality Inn as I will be staying there every time I travel to Winston.

I loved the bathroom mirror at this place… I spent most of my time if not all of my time in this mirror. Although I missed breakfast in the mornings that I was there I still managed to have VIP parking and unlimited drinks of apple juice and cranberry juice from the machine. The juices by the way was available 24hrs! This establishment is located off of the main road next to a lot of stores and eatery’s. Very quiet, housekeeping were also great with the toiletries and hygiene products. Right off the highway and friendly staff! The price off of my app was fantastic and the environment was so peaceful. I managed to do my makeup for the first time in a long time because of their mirrors and they have a elevator ….. great place to stay and make your own experience. I’d say book this place whether it’s to get away or to just handle business whatever your choice. Water gets really hot in the shower which was a plus for me!

We got there late and there wasn’t many rooms because something was going on in that area. The front desk lady Kimmy Catered to our every need. My wife was demanding and Kimmy did everything she asked with a smile on her face. She went out of her way to make sure we had a Terrific stay. Even tho some guest before us was being so rude and hateful to the front desk Kimmy handle that with the up most respect and did what they asked. Because of how great she treated us we will most definitely be back to stay in this hotel. So thank you Kimmy and Quality Inn.

Maria and the whole staff at this Quality Inn were terrific to work with when I brought in an entire youth soccer team for a weekend. They were helpful, responsive and super friendly. The rooms were clean and up to date and the kids loved the breakfasts. Great value for our money.

great stay for a displaced family. The staff at this Quality Inn went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. We traveled under evacuation circumstances from south Georgia, and had no idea what to expect. Everyone here was friendly, the rooms were great, the breakfast was tasty. The manager helped us with pointers on places to go, to help our stressful circumstances. Highly recommend staying here for anyone going to this area, or passing through. Can't speak high enough for how much at ease they made us feel at such a stressful time.

We were very pleased. We always stay here when we come in from out of town. We love to stay here. It's very clean. And everyone is so nice.

Still doing renovations but: Everything is handled quickly and efficiently! Cleaning staff is courteous and helpful.

Marie, the manager was very pleasant to do business with. She took care of my family when they came to stay. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I appreciate everything and look forward to more stays in the future!
