You won't find a more caring practice anywhere. Everyone I've met in this office is amazing! Jordan Richardson is by far the best PA anyone could ask for. The staff are friendly and encouraging as well. Just a great place to go where everyone who deals with you is kind, caring and compassionate. I'm so glad I found them.

I saw Cara Watson for the first time two weeks ago. She is new to the practice, and let me say not only is the practice great and wonderful, Cara I would recommend to anyone, this past week I knew something was and she asked for me to immediately come in. Cara sent me straight to the ED. This woman spent time actually listening, to me and spending time finding the right medication and suggestions. The day she called me to see me and sent me to the ED. This lady saved my life. I would suggest anyone looking for a great new doctor to reach out to her, she is amazing.

My appointment went great. My original provider wasn’t available so the office got me another appointment with an awesome physician. Tiffany was awesome!!! I love the front desk service, they were very friendly and helpful. All around I love this office!!!

I just had my first visit today. All I can say is wow. I have never been treated more like a human being in a doctor's office. The nurses actually ask questions and get to the bottom of things here, rather than just prescibing pills assuming right off hand. Jordan was very direct and thorough with me, and took my symptoms seriously. I will definitely refer to this place when in need of medical attention.

Meagan is amazing. We just moved to the area so we saw my 1.5 month old and myself to get established with a new PCP. She listens wonderfully and cares about our health. She treats us more like people she's known for years, rather than everyday patients. She cares!

My family and I have been seeing Jordan Zendel for close to 15 years. I trust her completely and absolutely love the staff we she is now! Rural Hall FM have the best nurses and staff I have ever dealt with! I tell everyone I know that’s either looking for a place to go or looking to switch doctors to go see Jordan Zendel at Rural Hall FM! We used to drive 45 minutes for any appointments we had with her but now we live closer and drive 30 minutes! Would not change a thing!!!
