Crystal at Crestview was so helpful to my sister and I as we preplanned for our parents. The marker design is a nice features so we can customize it. Also we were able to get a discount on the packages we chose. Beautiful area, especially when they light the cross up. I wish it stayed lit 24/7.

It is hard to lose a son at 21 years old. It is even harder to design a headstone having never done it before. After bringing a drawing of what we might want, Chrystal took the bull by the horns and helped design it, working closely with Matthews Granite. After several changes and communications, and almost a year later, Phillip and his brother's monument was delivered last week. We cannot thank the entire staff for making this life decision happen. Professional and super sweet!

Crystal is very kind very compassionate. She really does care. She goes above and beyond and simply made the whole process easy. ❤She was truly a light in the dark.

Noted the date of birth on my husbands' Mothers' bronze marker was in error. We had their original contract. It clearly showed the correct DOB and what was to be on her marker. MS. Crystal Griffin took my call, I sent her a copy of the original contract to her. She was very professional and informed me she would need to contact her supervisor. A day or two later I got an email letting me know that Crestview would replace the bronze with a corrected bronze marker. Ms. Crystal emailed me the paperwork for us to check it and make sure it was correct. We checked it against what Mom wanted according to the original contract, signed it and it will be mailed to her first thing in the morning. Thank you Ms. Crystal so much for your help with this matter

I recently worked with Crystal Griffin concerning the death of my brother. She was very informative about all services that Crestview offers. She personally helped me design my brothers plaque and she was excellent. These plans were all done over my cell phone because I live out of state. My parents and grandparents are buried at Crestview and I have dealt with them before. After working with Crystal I can’t wait to meet her in person.

A big thank you to Crystal Griffen for being such a blessing to our family. SHE has always gone out of her way to help with my requests. She calls with the most comforting words. And listens when she doesn't really have to. She has continued to assist my family in so many ways after the passing of my parents. Crestview is very lucky to have her, and so Am I....

My grandmother and grandfather, as well as quite a few family members are buried at Crestview. My mom is in the process of finalizing her arrangements, which included a visit with Crystal Griffin. The reality of our visit was very difficult for me, but Crystal was patient, kind, and genuine throughout the entire process. Much appreciated for such a delicate and difficult situation.

I had a few general questions so I stopped in for a short visit wth Crystal Griffin. I had a very pleasant conversation with her as she was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and genuinely wanted to help and be of service. I felt extremely comfortable with her and had a most enjoyable experience!

This review is for Crystal Griffen!!! She is more than four stars!!! Always responds back immediately! Always so helpful when it comes to doing the flowers on my mom‘s plot for the last 6 1/2 years even when there wasn’t a program. Without her it would’ve been very challenging.
