I saw a suv at this car lot that I wanted. I got there and Kenny helped me so much! He told me all about the car, he explained how things worked. We went for a test drive and he continued to inform me about different aspects of the sub. I highly recommend this place. They are kind, honest and they really have great prices. I felt completely at ease the entire time. Also, some car lots take forever to get you out the door. He told me he would have me out the door in 7 minutes, I think it was less. He is wonderful! Give them a try if your looking for a vehicle. They are so personable and you will leave with a smile on your face.

I bought my first car from here and Kenny and his finance manager have been angels! They made my process super easy and went above and beyond with helping me purchase my first car which I love, the finance manager even got us a great deal on the finance of my car and helped to fix an issue I had with the car after i bought it. Bought a great car from the folks at auto access. There was a cosmetic issue with the vehicle that I found late after the purchase. I brought it to their attention knowing full well I had bought the car “as is” and they were not responsible. They were very concerned and took care of the issue within 48 hours. I was blown away. They are honest and genuinely want the customers to be happy with their purchase. I will not hesitate to buy here again! Thanks Guys!

The entire team was amazing from the top down. The owner actually delayed his Father’s Day beach trip to help us get the car we wanted. Access auto is family own and ran which is very important to us. We feel so well taken care of, it is hard to express in words. We will definitely be buying all of our vehicles from them in the future. Shout out to Mo for meeting us out front and starting things off on the right note. Love these guys! Great service! I worked with Kenny and he got me right! I came in 15 minutes before closing but he was not rushing me and helped me out with the whole process even if it was after hours and was not pressuring me to purchase. Great service and I extremely recommend.

My husband and I were in the market for a suv and saw many options available on their lot. They were very nice, honest, and not pushy at all. We ended up with an audi Q7 that we love and they worked extra hard to get us a great deal. They even went above and beyond with my two small children, talking to them and giving snacks. I would definitely recommend giving them a look if you're in the market for a new car.

Very pleased.. Salesman made the process seamless. The owner was very straight forward on the price of the automobile which I prefer (no need to haggle).. Brought the car home and had a minor issue with the a/c over the first wknd.. Owner told us to bring it in and the issue was fixed with no charge. I realize that the owner was not obligated to do this, but he would prefer to keep a happy customer. Not enough people do good business like I received from Access Auto. I would definatley do business here again, I bought this car for my daughter but the next one I buy from me will be mine ;) So many nice cars.. Thanks again Access Auto, my daughter loves her VW..

Mo and Kenny were both great guys. Car was as advertised and priced fair in my opinion. Definitely will see what they have next time I'm in the market.

I’m a little late in posting this, but I bought a Nissan Xterra from Access Auto two weeks ago. It is a fantastic vehicle and the process was smooth and easy. Mo was fantastic! I will consider purchasing from them again in the future.

I purchased a Mercedes CLS550 from this location in 2018 and I had the best experience. Customer service was great and over 2 years later my car is still running smooth. I plan to buy another vehicle soon which is what led me to look them up again. I just so happen to look through their reviews and seen some people were dissatisfied and I just couldn’t believe it. I hope my review helps someone being that it is 2 years later and I am still able to say I had the perfect experience and I love my car !!!!!
