Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I take my car to Mr Tire on Pembroke for oil changes and tire replacement. The employees (scheduler, manager, mechanics) are friendly and customer-focused. They provide helpful suggestions and options and let customer decide how to proceed. They also try to meet customer preferred timing for appointments and try to have car ready earlier than promised if possible. I’ve always had a positive experience there and highly recommend.

Service and staff was great. The tech Let me know I had wires showing on one of my tires during my oil change and got me a good deal on a new set of tires. Got it all done in alil over an hour. I will be coming back.

Have a company van with a flat tire. Les and Bobby, and Mr. Tire is the absolute best! Had a flat tire. Had me in and out it what seemed no time. Goodyear told me I had to have an appointment for a flat repair with an empty shop. Firestone was actually busy and was able to work me in within “hours” but were very professional even offered me free air and the willingness to help me.

Les and Bobby were able to get me fixed, safe and back on the road in no time. 5 star award winner today is MR. TIRE in the friendly shopping center! Way to go guys! Great customer service and fast! Willing to help when nobody else would/could.

I'd like to give Mr. Tire 10 stars...I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires while visiting HPU from out of town, and they stayed after hours to fix my tire so I could safely reach my next destination. Truly angels when I really needed help. I can't thank them enough for being honorable, professional, and the kindest people. If I lived in town, they'd have my business forever!

Was in dire need to get my two passenger side wheels replaced, and they were able to squeeze us in right before they closed for the night. We were in and out in no time. Staff were friendly!

Took my car in for what we thought were alignment issues. After two visits, I was still experiencing intense trembling while driving. As a woman, I am used to tradespeople rolling their eyes at me, but these folks did no such thing. Bobby had me drive him around so he could better diagnose the issue and got me in the next morning! These people are just phenomenal. Trustworthy. Professional. Transparent. They have my business as long as I live in the state.

I’ve been going to this location since I first moved to NC. They are always very nice and explain everything thoroughly. I’ve had to take my car to a couple of different Mr. Tire locations before and this one has always been the best by far!

Best shop in Greensboro. :) I’m always in and out with a short wait time and they’re very honest, thorough, and reliable within their craft. I wish I would’ve gotten the manager’s name so I could shout her out personally but she was so helpful and you can tell she actually cares and works hard. That’s hard to find sometimes!
