Very nice staff. I got personalized service from when I walked in the door! The clothing specialist introduced herself. I was given special attention to all my fashion questions and needs. The store didn't have the size I needed. She called and found the one that did! It was delivered straight to my home instead of the store. This was such a enormous convience for me. I live 37 miles away.
I received a personal handwritten thank you from my clothing specialist!
Two months later by phone, I had questions and she remembered me! How special she made me feel! I got another personal thank you note!

On 12/22/2020 I had the best customer service experience with Peggy who works at the Friendly location. I called looking for a certain item and from beginning to end it was the most pleasant transaction. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help me find what I needed. It was not a 5 star experience, it was a 10 star! What a great asset for Talbots to have such a warm, caring and friendly employee! Thank you so much Peggy!!

Compare with the store in south point mall durham 27713 Employees here in Greensboro are fantastic .if I could give them 6 star I will Their service worth the price of the cloths But at Southpoint mall Talbots The cashier was unbelievable rude and mean . She needs come here to learn how to treat customers!
