Melissa was just awesome! She really worked with me to get my Hutch Rebel fireplace insert working again. New fan motor and rheostat from Silver Valley. I did have a issue with the rheostat failing after 3 uses, but Melissa sent a replacement quickly to me. Now I've used my Hutch Rebel several times and every is running great!😊

Just a note to let you know that all the parts I purchased and installed myself work perfectly. It was cold this morning so I cranked everything up, piled in the wood and away we went. It was great. Melissa, at Silver Valley Wood Stove Parts, is excellent at her job! She helped me find the right blower for our Atlanta Wood Heater just by sending her a few pictures of the back of the heater. Ordered the blower and parts needed to make it all work, and they arrived in two days! Easy instructions, which made it easy for my husband to install in about an hour. Highly recommend this company for your wood heater and wood stove needs!

Melissa was super helpful and patient with me when I was searching for the correct part for my wood stove. She went beyond the call of duty by allowing me to return an item that was a questionable size and went so far as to order me that same part from another company just to be sure it was right before I pulled my stove apart. We have happily owned a Shenandoah Wood Stove for 37 years but recently found it was beginning to burn out. The Yankee DIY-er in me said to just order replacement parts which Melissa at Silver Valley Wood Stove Parts shipped to me. As I know this stove is no longer manufactured, I was trying to extend its reliability even further and save some bucks. Upon taking my stove apart, I discovered irreparable damage and realized I needed a whole new stove. Melissa graciously researched, and to my surprise, found a dealer who could have the exact same stove manufactured. Wow! She was kind enough to take all of the parts back and order the new stove for me. The entire ordering and shipping process was absolutely a joy. I installed my new stove today with all new piping and I am so happy with it. I still can't believe Melissa could work this magic on our budget. Thank you so much for bringing many more years of Shenandoah reliability to our home.

Called and wanted to order a motor and was told it was in stock. It however was not in stock, but they let me know right away they were wrong and offered a refund. Had to wait over a month for it to be shipped. I am giving 5 stars however, because they handled it professionally and emailed and called being honest that they were in the wrong. They updated me and finally got me the motor. If you want an honest company that will deliver go with them!

Fabulous company. I needed parts for an older Jotul, found several businesses online and sent out emails. This company responded fast, friendly and took care of my needs. Shipped quickly, stove fixed. Great job!

I ordered a blower and was told that it was in stock and I would receive it in 5-7 days. Product never came so I called back, left a message, and they returned my call saying it was out of stock before but now they have it and it will be shipped and will receive in 5-7 days. Never received the blower. Called and left 4 or 5 message wondering what was going on and asked if they would call me back. Never got a return call. I will never order anything again from them and buyers beware, could be a scam.
