This crew is phenomenal. I don't like going to dentist, but at least here you feel like an attempt is being made to ease any fears you have. A dentist that recommends what needs to be done, and allows you to make the call on what to do. This place is somewhere I would go again and again, although reluctantly. 🪥🦷

I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. As someone who is deathly afraid of dentists, visiting this place was a delight. They're kind, patient, and understanding. High recommendation from me!

If you want a great dental practice, go to Dr Metcalf's office. From hygenists, to assistants, to reception, and particularly your dental procedures, you will be happy to frequent this office. Quality dental care, a level of total care and concern by all employees as exhibited by Dr Metcalf. I totally trust them or I couldn't make these statements. Wonderful personalities too! It makes me not mind going to the dentist. That takes a lot.

I have never been one to enjoy going to the dentist....but
now that I am going to Dr Metcalf, I am not nervous or anxious. She puts you at ease... she knows what she is doing and is so kind and gentle. I would recommend her practice to everyone ( and I have)😉

My prior dental experiences has been so awful. This office is the first one I have gone to & don't mind going back at all. They all are so friendly & beyond caring!!! I would suggest Lindsey Metcalf to anyone!! You will love the dentist after a visit with them!!

Dr Metcalf and her staff are wonderful. My daughter and I have been seeing her for several years and she always does great work and has a wonderful disposition. Highly recommend.

I went there today as a new patient I was very impressed with their office in the dentist and the hygienist they were all very pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I will be going back and I’ll be sending the rest of my family there and I’ve been a dental assistant for 51 years so if that helps anybody I feel like they’re number one office

EXCELLENT! Is the only word I can use to describe this place! I have major dental anxiety! After multiple visits here with many extractions, Dr. Metcalf and her amazing staff have me smiling with confidence again!

Love this place! They are great with my 2 and 4 year old daughter. Everyone is so friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Metcalf is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff was helpful and caring during my mothers visit they were very patient with her and made sure that she could voice whatever concerns she had during her treatment.

We tried to establish this new DDS for our dental services. The office staff has no education in manners. Coding. Knowledge of DDS procedures. Insurance coverage. Communication skills. That's really quite sad for a new young DDS investing in her career and chosen area to provide services. The DDS was not trained in insurance authorizations. Appeals. Primary. Srcondary. Tieriary coverages. This method of hiring cheap labor can crash a new office faster than anything . We found more professional, trained DDS staff still lacking skills in how to greet each patient professionally. Typing in computer as much expensive treatments; flipping computer screen around offering patients the most they can sell. no real knowledge of the industry. Good help is hard to find. There's not much to choose from to fill the seats of excellent dentistry. Knowledgeable. Educated teams working together. I see cell phones. Interruptions. Loosing chain of thoughts. That's really quite sad for all of us. We were not allowed to play games on computers and have cell phones in our pocket. We worked like 🦫 🦫. Teamwork. Loose these little attitudes. Get back to basics first. The amount of time wasted on the time clock could be well spent upgrading their knowledge. Classes. Seminars. How to treat people 101. Search for everything available in your career choice. Then you will have earned a days pay for a full days work. There are too many people in our communities teying use every resource that's free! Cheating on everything. Too many medical, dental , vision, and professionals exhausted with a political system of drug companies, insurance providers rakiing in millions of $$$$ daily at our expense. I would caution anybody searching for hi-quality healthcare to physically visit that provider in person. Have your records with you. It saves time, you are better prepared. Is the office clean? Or old. Musky lobbies? How long does it take for receptionist to greet you. Are they on the phone? Professionally? Or personal. Or cell phone? Do they have excellent grammar? If they are disrespectful. Hateful. Snappy. Run Dont walk. That's just the beginning of your choice. They are only looking for numbers. More numbersI with head count. The $$$$. Its a real mess. We can make it better. Do something constructive to improve the situation.

I went to this dentist for a while and had no issues. I underwent a financial hardship in 2019 and I had a balance owed that went to collections. Once my financial situation improved I contacted them with plans to pay the balance and schedule an appointment. The receptionist told me that since I had a balance that went to collections they would not see me again and hung up on me! I was prepared to pay the balance and couldn’t help my financial issues at the time. That’s just real bad business.
