Vinnie's Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant

It was our first time eating at Vinnies and I assure you it won't be the last. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is delicious. I could say that it reminded me of the taste of Italian food from New York.

Carly was a very sweet waitress who was attentive and made sure our order was correct. My wife and I shared a philly cheese steak with French fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. We will return to this very pleasant restaurant.

My Sister Pea and Bubba Bean introduced us to Vinnie’s Italian - and what an introduction it was! Kaitlin was a great server, pleasant, efficient and funny. The food? Phenomenal. We started with the Garlic Knots aka 10 pieces of buttery, garlicky goodness with Parmesan cheese on house made bread twists for only $5.75. I dare you to look at the picture and not drool. I had the 11” Meatball Sub. If you've been missing A Slice Of Napoli’s meatball sub, this is the best I’ve found. The bread was perfectly toasted, the meatballs were juicy and the right texture, REALLY good marinara, lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese made the perfect sandwich. Hubs got spaghetti and meatballs, SP got the Vinnie’s Pasta which had diced chicken breast, garlic, olive oil and broccoli in a cream sauce and she chose penne. I tried a noodle and holy cow it was good! BB got the Italian Panini with turkey, provolone, bacon and LTM. I will definitely go back. Soon. Really soon.

This place is GREAT! Closest pizza to be a NJ style pizza you can get on NC. Great cheese steaks too. Food is always better when eating in as opposed to pick up but that is all restaurants. When eating in the service was excellent. Food was no less then awesome. The atmosphere is ok, just not the greatest. Then again, the place is very well priced so I appreciate that more then fancy table cloths any day!

One of my favorite, easy on the wallet, places for dinner. Have had friends and family alike here, and everyone has been pleased with their dining experiences. From pizza, to pasta, to everything else, the menu never fails to be yummy! 🤤 Waiters are friendly and on top of their game when being attentive to their tables.

A friend had told me about Vinny's, so I decided to try it today. I got their spaghetti puttanesca, and it was amazing! I will definitely be back!

Being a transplant to the Triad from the New York Metropolitan area, I have been spoiled by all of the awesome authentic Italian restaurants in NY. I have tried quite a few Italian restaurants in the last 2 years that I have been in the Triad, and I can honestly say that Vinnie's is the best Italian spot I have been to so far. It is absolutely delicious.

We have been many times. The last 3, we have gotten the cheese pizza. It is good, but they have changed the recipe. It is more salty now. Theyhave a variety of Italian sandwiches, pizza, pasta, appetizers and desserts. The serve os always great. We love going and will be back.

Best Pizza! Best Chicken Phillys Ever! Best Chicken Stromboli. I love this place. Hands down one of the best if not best restaurants in Winston Salem.

This was the second time we got takeout. Portions are big, garlic knots are great, and food is really good.

About the best hoagie sandwich I've ever had. Large selection on menu. Excellent service. Got my cold brew in frosted glass . Nice ambiance. Definitely going back to try out other Italian dishes & pizza. Lot of take out customers but inside not full due to restrictions by our glorious leader.

Dang. This place is a hidden gem! Highly recommend! Authentic Italian food, fantastic service, a great beer/wine menu, all at a reasonable price. Don't let the location or store front fool you, this place is the real deal. We'll definitely be back.

Stopped for dinner and had a great time. The pizzas are huge here and so good. We shared a chicken Philly pizza with white sauce and it was great. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Will be coming back for sure!
