Apple Friendly Center

I've been to this Apple Store several times, most recently for a demo of the new Apple VisionPro.

I booked the appointment for the demo online and a very friendly employee (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) met me right on time.

The employee first explained the gestures of the glasses to me in detail and then carried out the setup with me. I was really impressed with how he explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner.

Now all I need is the necessary “small change” to be able to buy the VisionPro, but the great employee definitely aroused my enthusiasm.

I had a great experience at Apple Friendly Center. All of the employees were very helpful. I had an appointment at the genius bar for my daughters iphone 14 This phone had been a complete pain since its purchase. Consistently shutting down. Crashing. Overheating. The wonderful technician listened to me and issued a loaner phone while the other was sent for diagnostics. It was determined that the phone needed to be replaced so a new phone was sent. When the new phone arrived the young lady that switched everything over was fabulous! I appreciate everything that was done and highly recommend this Apple store

Went today for an Apple Vision Pro demo and Deron was an absolute amazing demonstrator. Genuinely one of the best Apple Store experiences i’ve ever had. If I could directly give him a review I would but if you ever go to the Friendly Center store ask for him he was incredible❤

I recently stopped in to get some new wire airpods and was gladly greeted by a kind lady with the orange hair mix/long nails. Her name was Gigi I believe!! She was very attentive and made the process quick and easy compared to other wait times i’ve had at a apple store. Keep up the great work friendly shopping center 👍🏻

Had my battery on my iPhone 12 mini replaced here today. I was greeted promptly once the customer in front of me was taken care of. Diagnostics said the battery was OK but the health was at 80% and it was time. I waited about 2 hours and returned to pick up my device. They were even able to replace the battery without removing my screen protector which was nice! Very professional service and was performed well. Thank you

This place can get busy but the staff handles it very well. It didn’t feel like I had to wait long and I love the ovation as I walked in at opening time. Clearly, I will be back.

I came here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some AirPods my brother ordered. Parking was surprising easy. They have glass for their store front and it looked busy inside.

When I walked in, I was promptly greeted. I told them I was picking up an order. They looked it up and told me to go to the pick up order sign.

Doug helped me at the pick up area. He checked me in and told me it would be out shortly. A lady brought it out a minute later. Quick and easy process. Legit in and out in less than 5 minutes.

While it was busy, there was ample staff around. Some had on name badges but some didn’t. However, each of them were wearing a shirt with the apple logo on it. I did noticed an officer present as well. They seemed to be providing security, which is understandable lol.

Barry was SO helpful! He stuck with me after the multiple attempts at fixing the issue with my phone failed over and over. He kept such a good attitude even though I know he was frustrated for me. I really appreciate how thorough he was in making sure the issue was 100% solved. Customer service 10000/10!! I've spent enough time here today to confidently say that all the staff are friendly and truly have gone above and for each customer they've interacted with. 5 stars all around. (:

Jon was my sales representative. I had a complicated phone trade in. I stress easy haha and he was awesome. He was patient, helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. By far the best customer service representative I’ve ever encountered, ANYWHERE. Mind you I am in the customer service industry myself. Give this man a raise Apple!

I had a very pleasant experience in this store! My back glass was broken on my 14 Pro and they informed me that the part needed to be ordered and it would be there that week. CAMERON called me as I was leaving work the next morning before they opened letting me know the part was in and ready to be installed. I dropped off the phone and they told me it would be about an hour. I returned and hour & a half and CAMERON told me everything is all repaired and functioning perfectly! I did not stand in any lines as the store had a lot of customers and they told me where to go. CAMERON came out right then and returned my phone to me. I had an all-around great experience and I highly recommend this store and I will be returning as well! A+++

I had an appointment for 11:45 today. I came in & got checked in by some man that works there, I’m not sure what his name was. I sat down for a few minutes & this girl got me quickly & we went on with my appointment & she got my phone back on for me. I had a really good experience & she was really helpful. Mind you my appointment was at 11:45 & I left out like 12:05 & prior to that she did tell me it would take about 20 minutes which isn’t long at all because when I went it was packed.

First off the Apple Store was a whole vibe! I called it “Club Apple”. I was there for a repair. Mekensie assisted me and was professional and knowledgeable. My problems were resolved and she was very sweet and patient with me. Thank you Mekensie for making my dark cloud a lot brighter 🌞

I bought a MacBook Air and I am very happy with my choice. I ordered online and picked up at the store, the service was very fast, polite and attentive staff. I enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere.

Great store with great customer service and quick same-day pickup. I have purchased my iMac and Watch from here online to pickup in person and it was super quick! I will always purchase my Apple products at this store!

This store is big. The staff is a little short handed. There is a wait but it wasn't too bad. They don't accept cash. Not a smart move. There is plenty of parking. The displays are very nice.

Excellent store for brilliant personnel, beautifully layed out store, on time with appts, you couldn’t ask for a better company for personal service , security and peace of mind

Advisors very friendly and welcoming. Was able to get an appointment and have my EarPod issue fixed. Very happy.

I’m just leaving the Apple Friendly Center here in Greensboro and decided I just had to leave a review to show both sides of the story. A little background, I’m a long-time Apple user and pretty much purchased or tried out every Apple product in their lineup.

So after an online app chat with an Apple CSR, I was told to register to the Genius Bar for repairing sound issues with my AirPods Pro. For the first in-store appointment, a lovely lady assisted me and told me to come back since they had to order parts for my model. Upon a week later, rescheduling after their return call, a kind gentleman helped me. After my device failed diagnostics, his Supervisor approved to give me a brand new model. Mind you, my original model is the older AirPods Pro without the MagSafe Charging Case. A $250 value! I never complained, yet the Supervisor still upgraded me free of charge.

During all of this, I also purchased a new MacBook Pro. The experience was just as great when dealing with the Sales department.

Long story short, this is an excellent Apple store with a fantastic staff! I plan on visiting again as needed. I’m not sure why they get so much flak in these online reviews. I have visited here twice now and have had great experiences both times. They are super busy, so maybe one issue is employee fatigue when dealing with so many customers in a day. Just remember, they are customer service-oriented and have to deal with the best of customers along with the worst. Treat them nicely as I did, and I’m sure your return service will be just as eventful as mines.

We had a great experience. Just do not expect the people up front to know how to fix your device, or answer your question in depth.

Love Apple stores just wish more they had more. Maybe smaller for a small town.
