I went in to Belk to get my new watch altered. I waited about 2 minutes to be helped but Amanda recognized I was waiting and stepped in to help me. Amanda was fantastic and very friendly. The alteration cost me nothing and I walked away with a fitting watch and a personable conversation. I hope Amanda gets the recognition she deserves!!

Samuel was helpful in the men's shoes department; not only did he help me save money on my shoes, he also told me about the Belk app and helped me download it. I was pleased with my customer service experience. 10/10 I will be back.

I took my friend for a makeover at Belk's at Friendly Center. We went to the Estee Lauder counter and met a beauty advisor named Kim C. She was so helpful in recomending makeup for my friend. When she finished with the makeover my friend was so excited about it and looked like a million bucks.

I haven't been to a Belks in forever and decided to go with family over the weekend. I needed some more shoes for work and found a pair that happen to be on sale for buy 1 get 2 free. The associate that assisted me in the shoe department Raj was of great help. I'll probably come to this location again for other items 😁

I love Belk! Belk has a large selection of high quality clothes, jewelry, shoes etc. I really live the quality of their merchandise. And I love their sales like Door Busters. I have gotten some deep discounts on stuff. Like my son bought me these Tommy Hilfiger boots for $53 and they were regularly $79. You can't beat that. The staff is friendly and very professional.

My son's prom is coming up soon and he needed a suit. We visited Belk on Mother's Day and I was clueless about buying a suit. Pamela helped us with the sizing of the suit as well as shirt and she helped in picking out a tie and socks. She went above and beyond in helping make sure everything was just right.

Pamela is a true asset to your sales team and I wanted to make sure that management is aware of how amazing she is. Thank you Pamela!

🥰🥰🥰Listen, since I got my belks rewards card, this is my new home away from home😁. I love the candles and the kitchen department. Customer service is awesome they will attempt to answer any question you have, even if it makes very little sense. Believe me, I'll ask ridiculous questions sometimes just because I am me 😆. They are always polite and have a sense of humor as well.

One of the few stores that has clothes that fit 6 feet + tall men.

I had ordered an in store pick up and got sick so I was unable to pick up,I went into the store today and spoke with Deborah,she was so helpful and was able to get my purchase back to me and take care to let me know how to contact customer service to get my account cleared out! She is just a beautiful person inside and out and professional!
