We have been using Danny Newton for 20 years!! WOW, where did the time go. Danny and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Tracey is the BEST, she worked so very hard for getting us the correct coverage requested by one of our customers. Literally Tracey stayed on top of it for weeks until the process was completed and the correct forms were sent to our customer. I highly recommend Danny Newton.

I contacted the office with a concern about my bill and was assisted by Cena. She was patient and kind listening to my concerns even though I was upset. She validated me, took time to understand the details of my issue, and advocated for another look at my insurance premium. I am very grateful that she was there to help and even followed up with me days later with details what was being done on my behalf.

One word, no two, Mrs.Seena. she went above and beyond yesterday, Nov. 30, 2023 she took a payment from me, that I was unable to get completed the night before, due to the computers being down at State Farm after hours. She not only accepted the payment, she added another car to my policy, that I requested. This woman’s customer service, was great, through the roof. Not only that she was very quick, to assist and complete my request, answer my questions. Thanks again, Seena, good job.

i have had my policy with them since january and they are always super accommodating and understanding if need be. they make me feel comfortable and i trust them, which makes all the difference!

His team has always been quick, attentive, knowledgeable and professional in my entire experience. If (any) one of his folks doesn't know an answer to my question they are sure to have the appropriate person or information available to me ASAP. Further, i have found when friends/customers/competitors offer to save me money on insurance, they never can get me a better rate for the coverage we carry. Really, i can't say enough about them.

I've been with Danny Newton's office for many, many years. My experiences over time has been that EVERYONE there has given me amazing customer service. I do want to point out two people: Rebecca and Courtney. Rebecca was patient with me when I came in with sheet of paper with questions after an accident. She was willing to listen and wait while I wrote down the information I needed. I've had two interactions with Courtney when I called with questions. What was so helpful and amazing about Courtney was that instead of her giving me a number to call and hanging up, both times she called the appropriate person with me on the line. She also stayed on the phone while I talked about my concerns to make sure I had my questions answered. In the confusing world of insurance, it was good to have her there while I tried to articulate what I needed and also to have her help me to articulate my needs. What can I say about Danny Newton's team.. They AMAZING everyone of his staff is very professional and is also there to help you. Miles,Kimberly Courtney and Rebecca are all great! They will call you back to make sure things are taking care of. I have been with State Farm at this location for at least 10 years, I love this staff, Courtney, Miles, past, present staff have all been great! Miles has taught me so much about life insurance policies, I am so grateful, everyone very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I have moved all over NC but I will not change my State Farm!

GREAT agency. Danny and his staff have handled my insurance needs for over 10 years now. I have 2 properties, 3 cars and personal liability through them. I have also financed several vehicles through State Farm. (which is incredibly easy to do, check with them before you go car shopping!) They are very prompt to respond if I have a question or concern, and if State Farm or the agency makes a mistake they are willing to say so and fix it asap. Love these folks!

A great insurance company you can depend on when you need them. Every employee that works there is well versed in insurance, easy to work with and has been able to provide me with an answer to every question when it came to my coverage or incident reports.

Also the ability that you can go see them anytime you need urgency is a Godsend compared to most modern insurance companies that only have an automated 1-800 Hotline.
