I went in here tonight to buy my first vape ever. The guy was so friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through the different types of vapes and refills available, and helped me find the best one for me. Then he showed me how to fill it and how to make sure I don't burn my coil. All of it together was about $60, which is honestly a steal. Will 100% be back for my Very Berry refill.

I will literally drive past 12 smoke shops just to come here! I absolutely LOVE this place! 10 out of 10. The staff is super friendly and the guys are HOT!

The store and the products speak for themselves, everything is high quality and well priced. And the guy who runs the store, Smoke, is awesome. He's extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to mention very knowledgeable about his products. He will do everything he can to make sure you get what you need. I drive past at least 5 tobacco stores on my way to this one, and I never think twice about it.

Great store, went in and bought a Colorado Hemp D8 cartridge. It hits amazing and really gets the job done well. Great experiences every time I go here. Smoke (one of the employees) has a good personality and makes the buying process smooth.

I have never had a better experience! I’ve had a lot of favorite spots over the years and I make friends everywhere I go this place is different! My first time walking in made me realize I didn’t want to go anywhere else for my needs. Sam is always friendly, recommends the best products, and even gives deals!

The customer service was good. Left Vaporfi because the new assistant manager was a jerk and decided to try VIP. Much better service and attitudes. Larger selection. Would definitely go there instead of Vaporfi from now on.

Hey I shopped here a few days ago and I had a great experience buying a new vape pen and cartridge. The cashier was very helpful and informative. I tried giving the shop a call about an issue I'm having with the cartridge however and it goes straight to an automated message saying the number is not available. I just want to know if I need to contact the manufacturer or the store (or both) about a cartridge malfunction.

Tried to go there today, Sunday 4/25/21, at 12:30 PM and no one was there and door was locked. No sign on door or anything. Store hours say 9AM-10PM. I drive 30 mins to go to your store and this was a huge inconvenience. Makes me wonder if I need to call before I come to make sure you're open, but your phone number doesn't work. I love your store but this scenario might make me reevaluate where I shop for my vape stuff.

This is a really great tobacco and vape store. They have a very large selection of tobacco products, vape products, CBD products, and Kratom products. The prices are excellent and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have easy access for handicap people, including easy wheelchair access ramp and handicap parking spots. I highly recommend this store!
