I had an excellent agent who was very congenial. i was having a rough day and not only did she resolve my internet concerns she also made sure i had a smile on my face by the time the call was over. Amayah is an amazing representative. Give her a raise. Her congeniality is why i am writing this google review.

I had to call Allbridge Tech Support due to a problem with my laptop accessing the WiFi at the New Orleans Sheraton. They did a wonderful job guiding me and I got connected quite easily during all my stay. I have no regrets.

Full disclosure, I work here. Love working here and people here really put forth the effort to go the distance for our customers. We're a large company and growing...we have growing pains but I've honestly not worked somewhere more dedicated to getting things right.

Their tech support agent, Wilson, quickly fix the problem I was having getting my laptop connected to the internet while staying at a hotel in downtown Denver.

Excellent technology partnership with Allbridge. The Robey Wi-Fi upgrade went off without a hitch, and any escalated issues are quickly handled, thanks to Lana's oversight.
