This pharmacy deserves a 5 star because of the caring staff that it has available. I have known the core staff (Jason, Wheeler, and Margaret) for 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say about them and I come in the store regularly. I am sadden by the reviews that they receive by a customer. I know them personally and individually and I am an African American woman and this is not a true reflection of their character. My family can speak the same. I strongly encourage you to get to know the staff and there core values before uttering words like this. /attach.

So glad Raj, the pharmacist, has joined this Walgreens. Have known him many years. Always knowledgeable and genuine.

Love the people here. It’s like I walk into an old neighborhood pharmacy. They try very hard to make you feel it’s a family business. Susie I’m the Pharmacy is an Angel !!

Practically deserted at noon on Friday, but staff member accurately directed me to requested items. Well stocked with wide range of products.

Briana in the pharmacy is SUCH a ray of sunshine each and every time I visit. Absolutely incredible customer service!

Great service at the pharmacy Oxana was super nice and quick getting my prescription. Not sure why it has such low stars.

This store had a shaky conversion from Rite Aid, but it is now running smoothly and the employees in pharmacy are very helpful.

Friendly staff. I love this location!!

I visit this Walgreens frequently because of some serious health issues, and the people are great, especially Dr. Hitesh Patel and Brianna. I consult Dr. Patel whenever any of our doctors recommends a new medication. He is an important part of our care team. And Brianna and the other techs always take good care of us and leave us with a smile.

The online system is not great. They’ll get ten stars once that’s fixed.

The manager Jenna was outstanding at helping me with getting my meds! Great customer service would go again

The addition of Raj as a pharmacist (5 Stars) has significantly improved the accuracy and service of this pharmacy. However this store has a major problem with being understaffed.

I had a Saks 5th Avenue return. Walgreens is one of places to take the return and accept it by QR code. I went in and Margaret had no clue what I was talking about. I finally demanded her to ask another employee. Next employee got the job done. If you don’t know about this service ask a coworker, please don’t keep telling me “no” I had to take back returns prior to this so I know they have this service! Why????? I can only shake my head!!

Pharmacy staff is aloof and inattentive. Constantly make mistakes. The store is terribly overpriced. Use only if you have no other choice. Not a fan at all.a

Sonya & Samitra, Pharmacists, are great! They are very knowledgeable, professional, & provide great customer service! However, I would fire Hitesh Patel, RPh. in a heartbeat! He is extremely rude & condescending; he even went so far as to accuse me of stealing my own medicine one time. When I called him on it, he never even apologized; he just maintained that he was correct, all along. He needs a job where his ego doesn't interfere with his ability to provide good customer service, like in a pharmaceutical warehouse.

The transformation from Rite aid was worse than anticipated. Very little choice of products compared to RiteAid. I don't know how they stay in business

The pharmacy is always backed up. The woman working there shouldn’t be in customer service. She doesn’t pay attention to what you’re saying, and has such an attitude. They like to roll their eyes are you at this pharmacy. It’s insane. Avoid at all costs.

If you go to this pharmacy, I hope you are ready to spend the whole morning going back and forth with them and your insurance. And every time you get in that drive-thru line, expect like 15 minutes per person.

After you refuse to do the back and forth, the lovely pharmacist will rudely tell you to go somewhere else because she can't help you. I wish I could send them a bill for the time and effort they made me waste. I charge $50 an hour.
