Nantucket Grill - Raleigh

Been here a few times.. never left a review before.. but I had to this time around. Food was great.. Herb roasted chicken and the salmon both were absolutely delicious. Took the strawberry shortcake and banana pudding to go, they were great too. Our server was awesome.. He did an excellent job.. hopefully we get him again the next time around. Thanks again Jordan!

Food is always great here. ...and make sure you leave room for cake. A special shout out to our server, Krista. Without question, one of the best servers I have ever encountered. I've worked in Food & Beverage / Catering / Hospitality for more than 25 years and she provided the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, she anticipated our needs, and made the entire dining experience pleasurable from beginning to end.

Ron J, the bartender is like a friend. He always gives us his undivided attention, gets our orders right every time, is personable, friendly, efficient, and most of all professional. Always smiling and in a good mood!!

The food is exceptional! We love the specials. Always something different and always SUPERB!!!!

We enjoy just hanging out at the bar and meeting new people every time we go.

Went here last Saturday to celebrate my 8 year anniversary with my gf. The food was seasoned wonderfully, and more importantly, the steaks we ordered were cooked perfectly. The food was also portioned appropriately, we left our plates spotless without wanting for more. Service was great, too. Our server, Erin, was pleasant, professional, and attentive with us the entire time. All of this for a good price. Will definitely be coming back.

We were a large party for a birthday dinner. We had to add two to the reservation but they were accommodating. The service was excellent. Everyone's meals was delicious. There were plenty of options for our diverse group.

Our waiter Hugo greeted us with the specials menu and took our drink order. Very knowledgeable about all our questions and. Food was quickly brought and he made sure we had everything we wanted. He checked in about dessert, we had a salted caramel cake that was delicious. Cant say enough about the service we received from Hugo!!

Great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their seafood and pasta are great. The salads are outstanding. The wait staff were kind, supportive and attentive. The grand finale is their desserts, which are homemade. The dessert display cabinet makes you decide to leave room for ....

This restaurant has a formal informal atmosphere that allows you to comfortably enjoy your meal with family and friends. It's almost like being at your grandmother's home getting lost in the atmosphere while enjoying a meal that meets your imaginings. Go alone, go with family or go with friends.

Not a local so had no idea what to expect. I sat at the bar, was greeted immediately. The menu has a robust selection to choose from. After discussion with bartender I was served scallops skewer with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Delightful!! The scallops were tender and sweet, as they should be. Mashed potatoes definitely "home made", and delicious. The grilled asparagus had the right amount of firmness and the right amount of crunch. Perfect! Definitely recommend.

We went with our College age daughter and her friends and had a great experience. The atmosphere was amazing, very warm, fresh and appealing. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. The food was really well prepared, exactly as ordered. We enjoyed several of their appetizers and many of the seafood entrees. Everything was right on! I peaked around a bit outside of the dining room and found a wonderful private room (see photos), a huge bar area and the kitchen looked clean and very nicely maintained from looking in over the serving area. Top shelf, highly recommend! Looking forward to dining again when we return to Raleigh.

1st time here. It was very good. Greyson our waiter did a very good job of attending to us. He lead us thru the menu and our taste buds were pleased 😋.
Crab dip delicious, grill salmon and mashed potatoes with steamed broccoli 🥦 😋. Yes I got cake strawberry 🍰 😋😋😋.

The wait staff was great....The manager or Supervisor on duty was not pleasant
.Exuded an improper attitude when our party requested assistance and was short with one of of our guests. As a family, we have been patronizing this establishment for 10 years. We had quite a few celebrations and dinner parties there. Sad to say no longer. The food has become mediocre,the atmosphere is not as elegant as it once was, and the management has become progressively worse and is now unbearable. We had a decent run.

Part of a wedding party, reheasal dinner. All of the food was great, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The server was also great. She paid close attention to everything she did and said thank you, yes mam/sir. It's difficult to find food done so well these days and even more difficult to find such amazing service.

Had a very nice time. Excellent food, paired with a nice bottle of wine. The seafood dip/ appitizer with pita bread was so good! The portion was perfect for two! I definately would recommend it! We, had our meals at the bar, our choice. The lady bartender, was very nice and accommodating.

The nantucket bakery has the best cakes! I have ordered at least 10 cakes in the last Year. And not a single one of them has been disappointing. They are all skillfully made, and are absolutely delicious. One of the best parts about it is they have a 24 hour turnaround time. So if you do have to get a cake last minute, they will make sure it’s ready for you. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend the nantucket bakery, if you have a special occasion that you want a wonderful cake for! The restaurant also has amazing food and a great atmosphere! 10

Delicious New England fare... We tried the Crab Dip, Clam Chowder, Holiday Surf n Turf and Stuffed Tilapia... Hard to pick a single favorite as each dish was special and delicious in its own way... We were celebrating our anniversary and our server served us some lovely triple chocolate cake on the house... Immensely satisfied with the service and taste of the spread... Would love going back to try some more items on the menu...

This might be my new favorite place! We came on a whim with our two young kids and had the best experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, service was excellent, and despite being a nicer restaurant it was still so kid-friendly. The kids menus kept them entertained, and the restroom actually had complimentary diapers and wipes, plus a step stool for kids to wash their hands. We were in and out quickly (without being rushed) and got one of their fantastic cake slices to go. Highly recommend!

Very good food and will come back again. The server was very sweet, we always have an issue with the gift cards we have, but I won't let that take away from the review. They need to work that process out tho. The buffalo chicken salad is amazing and this steak and cheese was very delicious as well. Try them out.

The food at this restaurant is ALWAYS top-notch quality!! I have been visiting this restaurant for over a decade... I would like to applaud the chef, management, and staff on their achievements....

Hubs & I had a lovely "lunch" here! Not busy and we were seated right away. Service was quick & attentive. Drink menu had plenty of variety 👍 Food was quite good..Crabcakes were a tad underseasoned (I'm from the coastal area of Virginia so prefer Maryland style 💁‍♀) but overall great dining experience. We will be back for sure.

Happy Valentines Day! I am here in town from Charleston and all alone so wanted to splurge and treat myself to a nice dinner. I ordered through Uber eats, cod and shrimp with mashed potatoes and clam chowder... and listen, yall DELIVERED.
NICE SIZED PORTIONS, GREAT FLAVOR, all the sauces and silverware was packed, yall didn't forget a thing. The Buffalo wings were juicy and had lots of Buffalo sauce in the foil which I loved. Listen I'm still eating the coleslaw, I LOVE this coleslaw. Thank you for making a girl feel special so far from home tonight.
