PJ's Coffee

Beignets! They have beignets! The egg bites are really tasty also. The mocha latte satisfies the sweet tooth coffee drinkers. The Vienna cold creme is smooth and perfect on a hot day. PJ's has a relaxing atmosphere with tables, sofas, and bar stools. The service is friendly and fast. There is plenty of parking. We will definitely be back when the craving for beignets kicks in again, which won't be long.

Update (23 May 2024): I would like to thank PJ'S for setting up a Memorial Table in honor of Memorial Day. This means a lot to veterans. I served (1986 - 2016) and lost fellow Marines during combat operations. You will continue to receive our patronage for your support of the military.

My husband and I absolutely love this PJs! The coffee is incredible, it has the perfect vibe, and the staff are incredibly friendly and fun. We love coming in for coffee flights too 😍

I have literally never had a bad coffee here! They are so consistent and the cold brew has such a good flavor. The feta and spinach croissant and breakfast sandwiches are all good.

Update: I’ve recently been getting the hot vanilla latte and it’s so good here!

This PJ’s is one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to. The drive through is very fast so it’s so convenient for me to pop in and get what I need. The staff is super friendly. All the food is baked in-house too so it is super fresh. They have beignets that are made to order!

Pjs ! I frequent this location and always get good service. I actually ordered their coffee flight which was amazing!!!

I have passed this location plenty of times but hadn’t had the time to make the stop. This past weekend a friend recommended the new King Cake coffee so I decided to drive over here and actually STOP! I downloaded the ap so my drinks were ready for me when I arrived, convenient!

My King Cake Latte was not overly sweet, to my surprise! I was expecting something like DUTCH Bros too-sugary drinks, not the case at PJs. Then there’s a matter of the actual espresso, it does not taste burnt like Sbux. The flavors added do not overtake the coffee and for that I’m grateful.

Anyway, the barista was cool. I asked when they would stop serving King Cake and he said probably the end of February, so there still plenty of time to grab yours! Go!

GREAT experience!!! The owners are very nice and the drinks are amazing. They are reasonably priced.. you get two drinks and AMAZING beignets for the price of 2 Starbucks drinks. The quality is fantastic and the atmosphere is very friendly. Definitely stop by PJ’s!!!

This PJ’s was amazing. My mom and I came here spur of the moment today and I’m so glad we did. We had the seasonal flight and everything was delicious. Hint: if you don’t like too much sweetness, definitely don’t get sugar in any of the coffees. The service was amazing, and we both felt like everyone, including the owner, went above and beyond. It was a fantastic experience and I will make the drive to visit this location again.

I know I've said this before. But... This by far my favorite coffee place. As I was walking into the front door a very sweet lady was walking out and said hello in a very friendly way and I said to myself. Wow people are friendly around here. And what I didn't know was this was Barbara one of the owners. Then when I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who stated talking to me about the coffee house and I was like ummm are you the owner and he said why yes I am. Which was Mark the husband of Barbara. What an amazing experience. I was thrilled to go to a place where the owners were so readily available. The granita I had was delicious. Everything was wonderful. This place is to say the least magical. It's wonderful and I'll will literally drive the 35 min drive from my house to go here. The beignets are delicious 😋. And this is saying a lot they are by far better than any beignets I've ever had. Thank you Mark and Barbara for all the love and commitment and community you've cultivated. I'll be a regular customer

Excellent coffee, pasties and friendly staff. Environment was clean, welcoming and cozy! Staff was helpful and engaging. Daughter said her peppermint was much better than other version from the ‘S’ chain.
We tried the flight and enjoyed each of the 5 coffees. Looking forward to tour next visit.

The workers were great. Blane and Dom really helped with everything, and MEGAN was always there with a smile. Beignets were a great choice for the morning and we’ll be here again!

I usually go through the drive-thru when I'm in town. I've been inside once when it was decorated for Mardi Gras.

The staff here are friendly and efficient! I normally get a coffee and beignets. It's a great start to your day, a pick-up in the middle of the day or a great finish to the day! You can't go wrong with the menu!

Great tasting coffee and great service! Staff was super patient while I looked at the menu (forever), and super helpful when I said I don’t like my lattes too sweet. Girl with the cute glasses and bangs made me a honey oat milk latte the way she would drink it and it was perfect. Wish I lived close so I could be a regular cause now I love her <3

The environment is a great place to relax and get work done. We had great service by Delyla and was satisfied with our order. I do recommend the dragonfruit Red Bull Infusion to start off your day. Overall this is my favorite coffee shop!

Love the strawberry banana smoothie and you must try the cappuccino chocolate chip muffin! Pretty much everything we've tried here has been delicious, everyone has been patient and friendly, and love their many food options. 😋

My new favorite coffee shop when traveling I-35. When I’m in town for work I always grab a morning and afternoon coffee here. The owners and baristas are the friendliest people ever. The coffee is always great. It’s a great sign when a coffee shop can make a consistent americano day after day. I never have to worry about throwing out a burnt espresso drink when I get coffee at PJs. Lately they have been doing a coffee flight which is such a cool idea. It gave me a chance to sample stuff I would have not otherwise purchased (pecan nitro!). Mark and Barbara thank you for creating such a welcoming space! ☕

PJ’s serves delicious coffee! When you go, if you have time to sit and relax, try the coffee flight.

Don’t forget to have beignets! And, if you are like me, don’t wear a dark shirt when you eat them — powdered sugar everywhere!!!

Met here with some friends and we had such a great time. The staff and owners were friendly, attentive, and very helpful in explaining coffee flavors and types. It was a great experience to try their coffee flight with my friends! We had some really delicious coffee! The flight cups are large which makes it even a better experience 😊 we also had a chocolate chip muffin which I wanted to stuff in my mouth like the Cookie Monster 😂😂 we tried a beignet as well, delicious!! 💗 Highly recommend this location! To top it off, if you’re in the mood for their delicious coffee but are on the run, there’s a drive thru!

Me and my boyfriend tried out their coffee flights. I got the fall and he got the standard coffee flight. It was Some of the best coffee I have had in a very long time. The young girl at the counter was so so nice and patient with my million questions. I wish I caught her name because her customer service was amazing. The owner which I’m only assuming is so sweet and asked me how we were enjoying everything which means a lot to me. I really enjoyed the environment. My only complaint was a man with a mustache was having Im assuming an interview and he talked loudly the entire time throughout my time in the cafe. But the coffee was so good i couldn’t hear it after A while. We will be back!!
