Banana Republic Factory Store

I went to this store yesterday and I received the best customer service I have ever gotten in a clothing store. The store attendant- Lucy- treated me so well and looked for clothes for me wear. She took her time and was patient with me the whole time. Please give her a raise and a promotion. I ended up buying more than what I wanted because of her service. I will be coming back to shop here and hopefully I will find her again.

Great clothes! I was able to upgrade my work closet with the help of the employee lady who helped me pick out sweaters and jackets. The sales after Christmas are really good this year. I will be returning.

I was at Banana Republic last week and today I visited the store again I had never purchased there and what I bought I liked very much. I think I will be coming back.

I never wright reviews like this but if Banana Republic clothes fit you, this store is worth the drive. They consistently have amazing staff that will go out of their way to help and or get something that may not be in the store. They do this day in and day out. As mentioned, I don't write reviews for clothes, but i have never been more pleased with my shopping experiences at this location in N Fort Worth. The 50% off sales are legit times to shop and refresh.

Honestly they have great deals, almost every single item was 50% off. I was here a month ago and that is what brought me back again... but still with the wife this time so I wouldn't get in as much trouble.

Excellent customer service. We had a groomsman that had to back out of our wedding last minute and one their employees, Jay, went out of his way calling several stores to get the correct pant size for a new groomsman. Thanks soo much for helping us!

Always great Selection, great clothes for work and business casual looks, nice men's items the travel jeans are just amazing and the staff will always offer to find your size and ship for free.

They have cute women's clothing at a much lower price.
