Really I have no complaints about this McDonald's. The employees are always nice and the food has never been bad

Very clean, of course, as I visited not long before close. Food was hot. Service was fast and friendly. This is a good place to eat.

Came here at 10am and it was great! Fast drive thru and delicious food. Hot food! 😇

Restaurant looks nice with newer version. Though the crew aren't on top of taking care of their customers. Extremely slow service. Ordered sundaes today. They were made and never put on the counter for pickup. One of the employees against if the frozen coke was mind. I said no and gave him what I ordered. He said oh they are here .... just not up front. ..... disappointed again

Well-operated McDonald's with a lovely kids play place. It's outdoor but nice and updated. The food we got was made promptly and accurately. The food was quality as well. A great stop along the way.

This is the frozen cold brew coffee, which is I'm told the only kind of frozen drink with actual coffee in it. Evidently the mocha frappe is only coffee flavored. So, this is one of my new favorite beverages from McDonald's besides the iced coffee.

I love the old men who took my order. They really did a good job cooking up the special sauce even at 4 am. These guys are so wonderful and hardworking.

that work at this McDonald's from the GM all the way down the line are amazing people. People of Brevard please being kind goes a long way. You have no idea what these employees deal with.

Ordered 5 cones. Quick, friendly service. Served in an easy to hold container which allowed us time to pass around the cones.

Fantastic privately owned McDonald's. The dining room was closed but the food was fresh, hot and delicious. Staff was the best staff I have ever experienced at any McDonald's. Clearly, the owners take pride in both the store and employees and treat they right. Breath of fresh air compared to the average (rightfully) disgruntled fast food employees.

No doubt whatsoever, this is a GOOD McDonald’s. When I first moved here about six years ago I thought it was weird how they had a line wrapped around the building all the time and all the other places had like five cars max but not I can’t help going there every Saturday after work. The only time my food was messed up (in six years) was when I got a Big Mac with everything between the bottom two buns and nothing between the top two but that was hilarious. Good job everyone - especially the guy with the clock tattoo on his arm who was working tonight 3/13, shout out to him

The most cozy atmosphere, really warm and engaging staff and that burger was simply fantastic!

I like and search for clean McDonalds when I am on the road. This place is covered up with people in the mornings. Not a problem. Hard working, courteous employees. Always impeccably clean, food perfectly prepared and tasty. One time my coffee, which McDonald’s almost always has great tasting coffee, tasted a little past being good. A sincere apology and a quick re-brew to fix me up with a fresh cup.

About all McDonalds are pretty much the same. Not top notch food but not bad when you are in a hurry.

I love this McDonalds. The people that work here are great and so is the food. I know it's a fast food joint but the people that I have come into contact with over the years that work here are always great. They're always smiling and friendly. I am picky about my food (no onions) and drinks (no ice). My order is always correct. When I dine in there's always someone cleaning. I like that. They're always busy so keeping on top of the cleaning is great.

Shout out... ...to the unflappable young man taking the drive-thru orders yesterday at the Brevard McDonalds at 1:55pm. I NEVER go to McDonalds; however, I had promised my grandson a milkshake after a great but hot time at the playground, and Cardinal Drive-Thru was not open. So off to the golden arches I drove. The line literally wrapped around the building so it took a while to place orders. When we got close enough to hear people placing their orders ahead of us, I could here a cheerful, efficient person through the speaker. Every single time. When it was our turn to order, this young man cheerfully welcomed us - very good natured, no signs of being overwhelmed by the non-stop line of customers. So, three thumbs up - good job, kid!

Great service smooth thorough smiling cashier. Food was what I ordered and hot. Got a nod and smile from some of the line preparers when they looked up. An associate took the time to get me a diffeewnt colored toy because I have 2 grandsons. Thank you for getting my day started in a possitive way.

Had a really good experience at this well-kept location. The restrooms and dining area were very clean. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating and went out of the way to make our kids happy. Wish all of our McDonald's trips were like this one
