Birkenstock Feet First

I recommend this store if you're looking for Birkenstocks. I saw that it had some reviews mentioning bad service, but decided to go anyway because I figured they were the best place in Greensboro to find the styles of Birkenstocks I wanted to try on. The employee who helped me was very friendly and completely helpful. Also they had a large variety of Birkenstocks and shoes from some other nice brands, as well.

Staff was friendly and engaging. It was nice to have somebody want to actually help you. Great sale prices and tons of selections. This is also an independent business so I felt great about supporting them.

I didn't buy new Birk's there this time, but instead had them repair my ones that are 3 years old and needed a new rubber sole. They replaced the soles and repaired my cork bed for a reasonable price. Its almost like I have new Birk's with the old leather straps that have a lot of character. Good job and I'll make sure I give them my business when I need a new pair.

Nice place. Employee asked what I needed right when I came in. I love shoe stores, you say one name brand and they leave you alone when you know exactly what you want. They didn't have black crocs (for work) in my size so sales rep told me they could call other stores in NC and find my size, my color, my brand and still give me the weekend sales event discount. AWESOME!!

They didn't have the color I wanted but called another store for me, alowing me to have them for my daughter by Christmas!

They have always gone above and beyond what is expected. I have bought shoes there on three separate occasions and every time they have given me the personalized service I need. Great staff.

It’s Birkenstock! Great quality & service. Picked up sandals for my daughter to replace the ones her friend’s dog chewed up. Wish it was little roomier in the store, but hey, for shoes that last such a long time, it’s not like you’re there often.

The 2 associates that we working today were great. They were so helpful. They didn't stop till they got me a shoe. Thanks ladies.

Just recently found out that this store was here. Went to get my wife new sandals & came out with a second pair for myself & put the four year old pair that my wife was wearing in for repair. Awesome!!!

I absolutely love this Birkenstock’s stores so nice and so clean and the staff is magnificent especially Chelsey she is by far my favorite she was so helpful couldn’t have asked more of her she is the best ever
