Quick Lane At Hudson Ford

I had brought my car here to have my tires looked at and an oil change. Jaicee was incredibly educated and helpful. She took me into the shop and allowed me to look and take pictures of my car. The mechanics very very informative as well. Both were very kind and treated me with great professionalism!

WOW! I called on a Saturday to see if anyone could take a quick peek at my (suddenly LOUD) exhaust system and reassure me that it was secure enough for me to drive 3 hours back to my hometown. Jacee at the front desk talked to the service reps, who offered to get me in right away.

Ten minutes later, my car was on the lift and 10 minutes after that, I had photos of the break in my exhaust line, and a short-term solution in place that would ensure that everything stayed in place while I got home. I made it home without incident, but with a lot of peace of mind!

While I was waiting, a hostile man came in to pick up his car, and was treating the front desk staff with disrespect and abusive language. He was berating them (young ladies, working the weekend shift) for things they had no control over. The ladies responded with calm, professional, kindness, and eventually the angry man left. The ladies shook it off and continued treating other customers with professional regard and pleasantness. I was so proud of the way the team handled themselves in the face of an unreasonable, vicious person.

I got home just fine, and the next day I was surprised (and delighted) got a follow-up text from Jacee, making sure my drive home was uneventful.

I'm so impressed at the service I received, as well as the way the team managed a difficult customer. If I lived closer, I'd do more business with Hudson Ford!! Way to go!

I have been going to Hudson Ford Quick Lane for years and they have always been great to work with. I want to especially thank Rachel for her fantastic help today! I went in for my scheduled oil change, but when I got there it had been cancelled.I scheduled a separate appointment for a recall on my car for Sept. 11th and when I did that my oil change on Aug. 28th got cancelled. Rachel for took time to understand what happened by looking up my account and checking my confirmation text. She then went above and beyond and squeezed me in for my scheduled appointment. Thank you Rachel, I truly appreciate it!

Again, what more do I need to say about this place. Let them handle all the stress you are having with your vehicle. They are fast, efficient and always great to work with. I had called to get an appointment and figured the list was quite a wait. That was not the case, I got in the next business day. Five out of five for me!!

Great Customer Service in addition to very talented Technical Team.

I bought a new F-150 from myself. Just as expected I exceeded my own expectations! Seriously.....Levi the financial aid gave me the red carpet treatment as if I were a walk-in customer. Adam the detail manager went above and beyond to make sure all accessories were on in a timely fashion & my new truck was finished spit clean. I did appreciate the internal customer service.
Even though I work here, I bought something and was given the opportunity to experience great customer service which I and the rest of our staff provide Daily ! Two thumbs up!!

I just left Quick Lane with a smile. When I walked in, I was concerned about a check engine light and a tire pressure light.

When I initially called, I was told that I would have to take it to Nissan, but upon calling a second time, I came in. The staff stepped up to the plate to help me. Josh decided to run the diagnostics on my car instead of going to Nissan and fixed the problem. I was so appreciative that he took the time to help me.

The rest of the staff, Dale, Michaela, and Tony were also very helpful. At no time have I ever had an issue with this company
If there was, the staff has always been very helpul--especially Dale.

I am leasing my car through Hudson Ford and took my car in for a recall and oil change. I have never been to Quick Lane for an oil change but they were so nice and friendly. They also told me I didn't need my tires rotated and that made the price even cheaper. I would highly recommend Hudson Quick Lane. All around great customer service. And the waiting area is so comfortable!

Their customer service was amazing! My family and I we're stranded in Hudson Wisconsin for the night and the very next morning the shop was open early and able to get us in and repair our vehicle to get us back on the road for our trip. We are so appreciative. Thank you.

Nate and his staff at Hudson Ford were so helpful to me! I was passing through from out of town, heading to Madison for a college tour with my daughter when my check engine light came on. With my plans to drive to Madison and back within the next 36 hours, I wanted to be sure it was OK to drive. Nate took the time to have his staff check the codes at the end of the day and verify that I was good to go. It was even his wedding anniversary and he was still working past closing time, helping customers with a smile on his face. So grateful for his assistance.

Just took my F150 in for another oil change and these guys absolutely ROCK!! I didnt even have an appointment thus time, I drove in during noon hour and they still had me on my way in about a half hour. Unbelievable!

had oil change rescheduled due to someone getting sick and then started on it 30 minutes late. My oil change was free because of it. Mikayla is always really nice to talk to.

Hudson Ford is great! I went in to buy tires. They drove me to a friend's house and pivked me up,so I didn't have to wait in the shop. Excellent service!
