Highly Recommend! Marti and her team do a wonderful job taking care of our fleet vehicles. She is very upfront and honest about pricing. There is no pressure to add recommended services when needed, just knowledge and why we should do it. I love how flexible the entire team is with our company dropping off vehicles and getting maintenance work done during the day. I would use Next Generation for my personal vehicles as well!

If there was 10 stars to give i would give all 10! These guys are very knowledgeable, have fast service, communication with costumer is awesome! Next Generation gained a new costumer! My dad also had a question about his vehicle tonight and they right away put it on the hoist even thou it was near closing time and brought him back and showed him where the leak was! My dad also was shocked at how helpful they were. Love this place and i would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had a great experience with Next Generation. I was kept in the loop on the progress, my questions were answered thoroughly, and their waiting room was comfortable. My car was finally fixed THE RIGHT WAY! I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Communication was clear. Very efficient getting back to me via a detailed apo link sent through a text message. Something you can go back and review as long as you have the link. States what immediately needs to be fixed and where you are at with future things such as breaks tires etc that need to be evaluated in future. Prices also separate per each issue w vehicle. Great employees and well run facility.

I have been with Next Generation for many years and am very satisfied with the service. Marti, Joe and crew are friendly and professional, giving a fair estimate of service cost and in a timely manner.

I've been back twice since this initial review and I still give 5 stars. I'm given quotes, updates, staff are friendly, and I like that they have coffee, water, and some snacks while you wait. Prices are reasonable in my opinion and this time I got 20% off. I will continue using next gen as my primary auto repair shop.

Joe and rest of staff are great! They're always honest with what needs to be done, what can wait, and they tell me exactly how much things will cost. Got my rear brakes replaced today and a free tire rotation. I don't live in Hudson anymore but I make the 50 minute trip because I trust them.

I had a very difficult situation as I was driving a vehicle cross country to my daughter and had it break down around 10 miles from Next Generation. They were one of the few options I had as I used insurance for the tow and I am grateful that the car was dropped at this location. The team was very understanding as it was a worst case scenario as the engine threw a belt and destroyed the engine. Needing a complete replacement the team assisted me with delivery and installation of the new engine all the while keeping me in the loop as things progressed. Of course this was not an easy change as it was a Volkswagen Beetle and the engine bay is very small but the head mechanic doing the work was extremely thorough even finding a small leak after testing that was caused by the company shipping the engine in. After a couple additional days of waiting due to the items the mechanic was able to catch they were able to get me back on the road. My daughter has been driving the vehicle since and says it is running great and upon completion I had to finish my 22 hour drive so I can say they did a great job. Staff especially Marti were outstanding as they understood how difficult this was as I was hours from my house and had to make sure the schedule worked. They were completely empathetic and did their best to get this done quickly and did a great job. Could not ask for more from a shop working on your vehicle and only wish they were closer to my house.

After getting into a fender bender on the freeway we found next gen to get our vehicle checked out. Marti and her husband were incredibly helpful and kind. They fit us in without an appointment, despite being booked. They thoroughly checked the vehicle and made sure it was safe for us before we kept driving. We highly recommend their services!

Marti and next Gen Auto are amazing!! Had many issues with another dealership/repair place to get warranty work done and had so many issues. Things went so much smoother and so much faster with Next Gen!

Great service, nice people! Brought my truck in for an engine light and they said all they needed to do was clear the code and it hasn’t come back since, they didn’t push any random repairs on me! Found my new shop in town!

I have come here twice now to get my car repaired and have had great experiences both times! They have always been quick to get me in, and are great at keeping me informed of what's going on through the whole process. They never make me feel bad/stupid for not knowing very much about cars when I bring mine in, have never tried to get me to repair things that are not necessary, and have great customer service overall. I would definetly recommend!

I was desperate finding a mechanic to get my car in that was having issues starting. I called Next Generation and they were able to fit me in next day! I dropped my car off in the morning and was immediately impressed on the customer service! I didnt catch her name but the lady at the desk walked me out and took notes on my cars issue. She was so incredibly nice! They found it was just a very corroded battery (thank goodness!) The price was by far the best of anywhere! I was able to pick up my car that same morning and while I was there, I noticed their oil changes were better priced than the quick stop I usually go to. I mentioned to Joe that I just had my oil change at another place and surprised they didn't catch my weak battery. He said they do a complete check with all oil changes! I felt heard and respected here! It was also so clean and offered refreshments:)
They made my car issue so seamless! I'm a customer for life!

I was broken down on the side of the road (was pretty certain it was my transmission) on a Thursday evening. Called around to shops and none could even look at my vehicle until Tuesday the following week. When I called Next Generation, they were so kind and told me if I could get it towed there they would look at it that day before they closed at 5. AAA took a bit longer than expected, but Next Generation looked at my vehicle first thing Friday morning. Car was diagnosed, repaired, and picked up by early afternoon. VERY impressed with their service and professionalism. Will definitely be going back for future repair!

MartiJo and Joe made this experience a lot better than it started. Yesterday morning my dash lit up a check engine light and a wrench and it was not accelerating the way it should. I took the car to the dealership and they did a diagnosis but were unable to do the work. I tried two other dealerships and was told I would have to wait almost two weeks. I left the car at Next Generation Auto and had the car back the next day. Now i don’t have to worry on the 250 mile road trip I am expecting to drive in the next few days. Thank you.

I am SO grateful for this shop! They are so friendly, caring, and always find time to fit me in for a tune-up or repair. This morning, my engine light came on and I didn't have my code reader with me. I called and spoke to Marti, and she said I could bring my car in right away. They scanned for a code, cleared it, and got me on my way in under 10 minutes. The code is for an engine exhaust module that is on a national back order right now. Thank you Next Gen for all of your help!
