You Absolutely have to Try the breakfast here. I had the classic Benny, they need to rename it the Spectacular Benny, perfectly cooked in every way. I've heard nothing but great things about the food, I'm so glad I stopped in for breakfast. This is a go to Sunday spot. Well done Chef

Had the sweetest experience at Post tonight-went in after the hot air balloon festival at 4-they seated us and no one checked on us for a little while. After a bit, we flagged down a server, and I’m assuming the manager came over and was SO sweet and kind and offered to comp our drinks and app. She then needed to move us to a different table because of a reservation that came in and some obvious mistake of where the host seated us. Because of this, she also comped dessert for us. It was so kind of her and the whole experience was very old school restaurant vibes of service and hospitality and so welcoming. It was seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in so long, and I was so thankful! Also all of the food was absolutely delicious and the place is adorable.

Excellent location with very cool environment and great patio space! Situated in the old post office - just off the Main Street - with excellent staff and good food/drink options. The Salmon was great with decent sides. The drinks were okay but a little more spendy; - the food will make up for that though!

We came here on a quick stopover to Minnesota. There were other restaurants that were open but this looked interesting. It is the old post office in Hudson! The interior was beautiful but we decided to sit outside as it was a beautiful night. We had an awesome server named Laylah and we could not be more pleased. We ordered chicken wings and the Post Spicy Flatbread. Omg it was amazing! The restaurant was busy for a Monday night and I can see why! The outdoor deck is not waterfront but you can see the river from the deck.
I cannot tell you how amazing this place is! Try it if you're in the area!

This is a cool restaurant planted in an old post office bldg. Everything was delicious. I had French toast and an Irish Coffeee. Highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy lunch or dinner! Situated in an old post office in Hudson, WI just off the river. Food was fantastic! Decent selection of craft beer and a full bar should you prefer that instead. Service was a little slow, but we’re not going to fault them for that, especially in the current climate of things. All in all, would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in the area! Also, they have complimentary parking behind their restaurant! Cheers!

I took myself out for a fancy dinner and The Post did not disappoint! I sat at the bar and received amazing service from Lily! Huge shout out to the chef as well, my new york strip was done perfectly and tasted amazing! Definitely a new favorite!

Went to Post for breakfast with a big group and it was great. The food was good and the drinks were too! They were very nice and accommodated our bustling group.

INCREDIBLEY quaint and unique renovation of the local Post Office is now an eatery. A MUST experience!!
Come Casual or upscale, however you want to arrive.

Enjoyed a hot pastrami sandwich with a generous portion of Dijon mustard and some fry’s. Went well with an IPA. Waitress was just lovely. They have many lunch specials too that may include a soup/salad. You can fine in or out on the patio. Save room for desert.

We didn’t know what we were going to get ourselves into. We now get the play on words on the name of the restaurant. We loved it.

Chef Adam was amazing and went above and beyond for my food preferences/sensitivities. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, THANK YOU! From my phone call to walking out, everyone we came in contact with had great customer service skills. Our sever was Maddie, and she was also kind and very patient with my questions about the menu. Anything she didn't know, she would go ask to confirm, which I really appreciated. Only thing I was bummed out about was that they were out of the sea salt Carmel Gelato :( I'll be back as this might be my new favorite restaurant!

I would give a 10 star if possible across the board. We had the most spectacular Valentine's dinner. The GM Amy is so kind, she made us feel at home right as we walked in, Olivia was a delight a very impressive service. Rounded out by the Stars of the night the Chefs. lead by Executive Chef Adam, they nailed every single dish. Appetizer of Bruschetta was perfect. The highlight possibly of my food life was the absolutely perfectly cook beef Tenderloin, seasoned and prepared masterfully. Every bite was better then the last. The Rissoto would have Chef Ramsey amazed. It's the slowest I have ever eaten a dish . The Alfredo carbonara showed off there attention to detail that they show every dish clearly . it's was absolutely delicious. The wine was delicious and to top the best dinner I've had in my life. They dropped this Cheesecake that I can only say is award winning . Award winning truthfully is how amazing it was, the best cheesecake in this area. That's a well oiled machine, great leadership from front to back. Food that now raised the bar for everyone in this area. The owner, and Amy and Chef Adam and staff at The Post American Eatery, thank you for everything. Well Done, Well Done⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Always a positive experience. The food is very good. Favorites: wild rice soup, southwest salad, walleye. Fabulous service by all, especially Scott. Old Fashioned made with clear ice ( key to a great cocktail)

Post is a great place to eat in Hudson with awesome service and great food, a bit of everything for all appetites! The staff is very attentive giving you old school service! Bonus - dog friendly dining outside. Thanks Post for making a fun night out with good friends even better!

Got the salmon sandwich with fries and the smothered chicken with sweet potato fries. Recommend the Cajun ranch. Sandwiches were delicious, but heavy. Service was top notch.

Food, service, and atmosphere were great. Competent, friendly waiter. Fair prices. Reserved a room for our family holiday. We'll do that again

This was our first time here since it came under the new name. We went to Postmark Grille on our anniversary every year. Pleased to say we still had a great experience for our 4 year anniversary this year! My biggest rave is that they have non-alcoholic drink options already on their drink menu!!! The virgin berry mojito I had was delicious. The food was amazing. I had the parmesan crusted chicken with a cup of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was just as good as I remember it being previously. The lemon garlic dipping sauce that came with the chicken was a perfect pairing (even for this picky eater). My husband enjoyed the blackened shrimp and said it was a great serving size. I don't remember the name of our server but she was astounding! Made sure our water glasses were always full and attentive despite not getting alcohol (lots of places put you on a back burner when you aren't drinking booze). She also comped us a dessert as it was our anniversary. We enjoyed the chocolate bundt cake! Very impressed and we will continue to come for our anniversary dinners!

Really cool atmosphere as the building was an old post office. Food was delicious and service was outstanding.
