BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Matthews

Awesome temple!! built with marbles. its a very huge place with a very big parking space as well. inside the temple the background music keeps playing all time which provides soothing effect as soon as you enter. its very very calm and peaceful inside. many people meditate there as well. there is a separate building beside the main temple where many activities/events takes place. outside the temple you have beautìful pond and fountains and benches across them, where you can sit and watch or relax. there is restaurant as well here where you get very good food all time.

Good place for hindus. Excellent maintenance. Cool and calm. Best suitable for bhajanas, meditation. Quality snacks, Pujari material available. Love it.

BAPS temple in Charlotte is magnificient and a religious destination for Swaminarayan devotees. Day after Diwali is very special here and devotees from Charlotte and neighouring areas, even from far-off SC, visit here for Lord's blessings. This temple hosts regular activities for Children too to learn about Hinduism and spread BAPS teachings. A must-visit place even for non-BAPS followers for a spiritual awakening.

It's place of paramount peace. It helps me detach from world and attach to God and Godly saint-Satpurush....through him I experience God on Earth. Thank you Pramukh Swamiji and Mahant Swamiji for this beautiful gift you have given us in the form of Mandir.
