Our favorite neighborhood grocery store. They always have what we need. Short checkout lines and super friendly staff!

My favorite place to shop! Every cashier and customer service manager has treated me with great care and respect. There have been a couple issues in the past, and when brought to the attention of management, they were dealt with immediately. Even my little service dog loves going there and has a couple of human "girlfriends" that treat him like a king. Great place to shop!

This is a new store for me, the store was clean, the woman in the deli was veryhelpful and Betty at the checkout was excellent!!

Friendly, clutter free store. Nice cashiers. Fast check out.

I love the meat department here. They have pretty much everything under the sun. Christian and the guys are very helpful and professional and will show you the deals they have and what's being marked down.
Very high quality full service meat counter.
Some things in the sale add are not available here because it's not one of the premier stores.

This is my local Harris Teeter, but it's also my favorite because of excellent customer service. I’ve been shopping this location for 6 months now. Anyone can have an “off” day, but I’ve found the managers and staff are friendly and often will go the extra step to offer assistance (even though you may not ask for it).

The store is always well kept and clean. It “feels” like a small-town grocery store, probably because it never seems too crowded. I even feel safe walking from my car to the store, since the lot was thoughtfully designed to keep parking spaces away from the entrance. By contrast, the Cotswold location is always crowded, and getting in and out of the parking lot can be a living nightmare.

HT prices tend to be higher than other stores, but they offer more amenities and larger selection of items. I do most of my grocery shopping elsewhere, while shopping at HT for specialty items, plus weekly sales offers.

The pharmacy is a pleasure to use, quick service with never a long wait. It’s easy to get directly to the pharmacy without navigating through the store. Pharmacy prices are very competitive with other drug and grocery stores. If you don’t have medical insurance, the Rx Savings Club ($36/yr) prices are often lower than insurance co-pays!

Clean and friendly!!!! The store is open and stocked well. The fresh daily made rolls are the best. I can't say enough about how kind the staff is. Please use you discount card and the prices will be very good for your family. Bless you all.

If you have never used their pharmacy, you are missing out! The pharmacist cares and works very hard to meet your needs. Prices are excellent so Goodbye Wallgreens...you treated me like a number and never went the extra mile.

I always enjoy going to Harris Teeter. Possibly have to wait slightly longer in the checkout during after hours probably from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. after that rarely takes more than 5 to 10 minutes to get through a check out. The employees are friendly and courteous and helpful. It has been my experience that the sell items are always available. The shells are well-stocked and neat. I go here regularly.

We love to shop here. We find all our favorite brands and a lot of new items to try. The deli is delicious. The Philly steak and cheese sandwich is my favorite. Customer service is beyond your expectations. They make sure you know that your business is appreciated.

The Deli, Seafood, and Cashier Associates were all courteous, helpful and professional. Large variety of NEW plant based products in both the produce and meat departments. Increased selection of healthier snack options. Great sales and reasonable every day prices.

Nicely organized Harris Teeter. It was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly, my cashier was quick and funny, and I found a surprise. They had the most fabulous powdered jelly donuts in the bakery. It was a great trip.

I go here all the time so it's safe to say I'm a fan love me some Harris enter and the staff is amazing

Steven was very helpful with finding bone broth walked me to it not just pointing in a direction. Lobster claw and crab cakes on sale and excellent quality. Good prices on fresh organic fruit and vegetables.

It was a great experience! Staff is smiling and happy! Chatted with the gal at flowers who obviously loves her job! Store is neat and clean. Thank you!

Clean store and plenty of registers to check out with (including self- checkout). The main reason I gave them 5 stars is for the amazing pharmacists there. They treat you personally and don't seem to be angry at you for needing a script filled (looking at you CVS and Walgreens). I once sent a script request to the wrong harris teeter and I literally got my script filled in less than 2 MINUTES! I get a lot of scripts filled there and they greet me by "Hello Mr. _____" can't recommend them enough. If you're using GoodRx (if you're not, look into them) them they have by far the cheapest prices.

Great place. The manager personally helped me with a bulk order. The pharmacist, Ben, is outstanding. All the cashiers are kind and pleasant. I always enjoy my visits here.

Sub sandwiches are the best in town best prices top Quality Meats Boar Head friendly employees management also very nice there to assist you always getting greeted by anyone that is employed asking if I need assisted. Must-try the specials on Friday foot-long subs for $5.99 along with the Fried Chicken also $4.99.

As the year 2018 closes out and we begin in 2019 and two more days my review for outstanding customer relationship customer service three employees who gives it their all have always ask if I had everything I needed and if I needed anything else assistant they were there helping the handicap and the Disabled. At the courtesy desk on self check out area with a beautiful smile & and remember most of their customers.

This is my go to Harris Teeter when I want to get a fresh delicious club sandwich sub always fresh and delicious because each one is made individually to order and on Fridays you get a footlong club sandwich or several other ones for 599 it is actually two meals and one since I can't eat the whole thing at one time I ate half for lunch and half for dinner

This particular pharmacy reminds me of a small town pharmacy. The pharmist, Ben always call me by my name on sight. As well as calling the other customers by name too. Smart fella!! Rarely have I had to wait for my prescriptions. They are very fast.
