Stay far away from finish line online purchases, but this location has very nice employees

I went to this location on Saturday it was busy. Customer service was Great!!! The manager was walking around greeting customers with a smile on her face. Thank you to the employees and the Manager of this location. Feels good to spend money at a place that appreciate your visit. I will be back again! Happy Holidays!

Love that they give military discount! Great customer service. I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped me. He had dreads though. Purchased my daughter 2 pair of shoes to match her uniforms, Huaraches and KDs. She loves them!

Went to Finish Line trying to find shoes for my picky kid. I found a pair and one shoe was missing. The associate was very helpful and took the time to find it. She got another associate to help and finally found the match. They went above and beyond to help me. I got the shoes on sale and my kid love them. Win win!

I recently purchased several hoodies for members of my family during a promotion that Finish Line was having. One of the shirts did not fit. The store did not have a larger size in that particular shirt in stock. The sales person checked his inventory, checked with another store and then offered to find it on line and have it shipped directly to me. It would have been so simple for him to just say, "sorry, we don't have any more" and that would have been the end, however, he went above and beyond, in my opinion. He was cheerful, pleasant and very helpful. The young man's name is Scott. He gave great customer service and did it all with a smile. Definitely a reason to shop in this store again for sporting goods and apparel.

I went to another FinishLine and they never offered to order the shoe I wanted. They just told me that the shoe was out of stock. When I went to this one in Triangle Town, the sales person was courteous and stated we can order the shoe for you where as the others didnt.

Only shoe store i really rock with in this particular mall. Usually Great service...can place orders in store, military discount friendly 😊 90% of my shoe collection comes from this company!
