Rue21 offers a wonderful shopping experience here in the triangle. My preteen enjoys shopping here for her graphic tees so she can stay trendy. The prices are fair and the staff offer excellent customer services and a great sales floor experience for guests.

Today i went into the store and i have to say I was happy with the service sadly the customers were the ones giving a hard time to the employees. One of the workers decided to open a second register to get the line down and a man tried to cut the line and the employee kindly let him know their was a line and she had to take the next person on line. He and his wife proceeded to curse and be disrespectful and proceeded to mock a spanish speaking customer just because the employee spoke to them in spanish. The employee kept her composure and continued to take customers in a positive manner that i have say after that incident her customer service was still great thank you for still taking the time to give us the full experience. Remember everyone be kind and courteous to everyone working during the holidays without them this world would not run.

Did a little shopping i found some really good deals and im a fan of RUGRATS so I had to get me a few things. I had a little wait time to be rung up, But other then that customer service was good...

When I went the associates here were very nice and helped me find everything that I needed and let me know about the new stuff that had just come in that they were stocking.

Took my son's here to shop, it's definitely not clothes a 40 year old guy should where but my teen boys love it. I love to see young people working and being professional. The shop was very clean, organized and well operated.

My neice picked out some really cute tops . .
She loves them & I do also .. nice sale prices. 👌 we will be back again.

Great! I brought a pair spandex for my wife she was very happy with the pants. I seen some pants for myself I'll be back next week. Price is Right!

Nice store, employees were helpful and knew what they were doing. The store needs a more thorough cleaning but it is still a great experience.

This shop has become a teen hub now they added RueGuy, there always low prices, good deals and very friendly staff, highly recommend this place for teen shopping men/women.
