The Empourium

Love this place walked over from the TA truck stop. My husband and I each had a drink. I got the nachos with pork, and my husband got a steak sandwich. Very Spacious, very friendly and amazing food/drinks. The prices are affordable. Just a good laid back place to get something good to eat and a drink after a long day on the road.

Amazing fish fry! Had onion rings and they were great. This will be one of our regular stops.

And we won a bunch in pull tabs!

Went for the Fish Fry last night. The fish awesome! Perfectly battered and cooked. We had deep-fried pickles and chesse curds for appetizers that were also fried to perfection. For desert we had the Red Velvet cookies and ice cream. The flavor was incredible and I was blown away at how delicious it was. The place was packed, yet we had multiple people check on us during our entire visit, including the Owner. What a great place with a fantastic staff and incredible food!

Amazing!!! We had a large retirement party here. Not only were the staff helpful, friendly and attentive….the space was a perfect venue.
The food was delicious! We ordered an ongoing buffet and the chef did not disappoint. Everyone should try the shredded chicken….and, pretty much everything else.
Thank you to the amazing owners for providing first class service all the way around.

The bacon chicken waffle battered tenders were excellent with a side of maple syrup.

We also grabbed the 3 piece battered fried cod dinner with tots and coleslaw. Was Equally pleasant for a last-minute meal.

The venue was quite nice. Soundstage and multiple bars and gambling areas,

Also had had awesome swag to buy. T-shirts, hoodies, and whatever

Overall, food is definitely worth it and fairly priced and delicious.

The staff can get busy because the kitchen gets slammed this plave is big on big days!. So be patient.

The Next time around, if I roll on through town, I'd like to take a wack at the rest of the menu.

Amazing new owners and new vibe! Love how they've honored those that came before them! Hands down our favorite burger in Hudson and steak night you won't find a better value. They've got one of the best bourbon and tequila selections in town as well...

First time visiting. We just had beers, tots and potato skins. All were very good, including the bartender. She was very prompt and provided service with a smile, which is definitely lacking nowadays!

Clean, inviting, nobody in your business, and good prices. This may become our new go-to in the area!

As a world wide celebrity, I was in the area for work related activities. And as you all know, even celebrities get hungry, and when we do, we look for good places to eat. And what a good place we found, this ideal place was a very warm and friendly place to get a hot meal, in a very comfortable environment. Our waitress Amanda was very willing to serve my meal, with the upmost courtesy. When my food arrived (3 piece fish and fries, with coleslaw and tartar sauce) it was hot, and perfectly prepared. Her assistant Alex was eager to serve an endless supply of raspberry tea, as we sat and watched football on the provided wall mounted 55” television. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lori, a local who also raves about The Empourium. Thank you so much for the excellent service, definitely a must eat at location for future visits to the area.

The new owner is amazing. He has really turned this place around. Good food, service and great live music. Smokers will love the indoor smoking area.

Extremely good food! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very fast at getting the appetizers to us. They kept us informed about when our meals would arrive. Continued to check on us through our meal, even though they were busy. Great place! Will definitely go there again!

Had the fish fry last night and it was outstanding! Alot of food for the money! My margaritas was amazing too! Can't wait to go back!

Really nice place just near the state line into Minnesota, nice selection of drinks and the bartender was fast and professional, had the wings and they were really good too.

The Empourim is one of my favorite places to go with my family. They have outstanding service and amazing food. The atmosphere is very exciting.

I am a heavyhaul trucker. Was shutdown at the hotel next door. Plenty of parking to enjoy awesome food, awesome drinks and wonderful people. I give this a 10 out of 10. If you ever are through here, park your rig at the TA, walk across the road and enjoy the best atmosphere you will ever experience.

They've taken a great place over and only continue to improve upon it! Interior and exterior updates look very clean and fresh, while keeping true to the original integrity. Awesome menu and daily specials, so excited to check out the brand new patio!

The Ghost Pepper Smashie is one of my favorite burgers. Just the right amount of heat with the ghost pepper jack cheese and cheddar. Good prices and food is filling.

Wondered over from the truck stop after a really long day.
Was so happy to see the environment, kinda reminded me of home.
Being an Alabamian, it's not often that I fell at home this far away, but after a great burger, a few drinks, and a very attentive wait staff,I'm sold!
I definitely look forward to my next visit.

Pretty good burger! They need to update their online menu because I guess they don't have beef but it's okay.

Their wings are the best. Service can be hit or miss but I don't even care. Their food is that good.
