WM - River Falls Transfer Station

Last week, Thursday, 6-8-23, was trash & recycle day for us but only the recycling bin was done for the street. Fri, 6-9-23, the trash was picked up very early in the day. We appreciated the text from WM letting us know it would be completed on Friday. Stuff happens no matter what business you work in. It all worked out fine....always pleased with WM communications & service x many decades. Bottom line: WM you do a great job and we thank all your workers.

Recently moved to North Hudson garbage service, and drop off of bins has been top notch. Both employees we met were pleasant and professional.

The drivers are amazing. Very respectful of property and placement of containers after pickup. Customer service is responsive to concerns and questions.

I was able to use their website easily. Information given to help you figure out what size dumpster is needed. They delivered on time and accommodated any special requests and concerns I had. They post a clear list of what can or cannot go into the dumpster and how high above the top it can be loaded if at all. The ease of how they handled the service for me made it one less detail I had to worry about. I recommend WM even if you don’t use them for weekly trash pickup. Very satisfied with them. They may cost more, but worth it for the ease of cooperation.

Really nice people to deal with compared to the company Pauls Industrial Garbage sold out to. GFL. WM communicates very well with their customers. Driver I have is outstanding. Reliable. I can set my watch by the guy. Same time every Monday. So glad I switched. GFL is a Canadian company. They do business very differently. Zero communication. Website hard to use.

They did what they said they were going to do on time. Customer service was excellent highly recommend

Two weeks in a row came a day later. The company is professional with good quality and communicates when they are not able to come on scheduled days.

Easy people to work with on the customer service end of things. You web site is not the most intuitive.
Trash pickup people are very easy to work with but with the weather this winter it has not been easy on them.

We're very happy with the service we receive, pick up is always on the day we expect and we are clearly notified if our scheduled pick up day changes.

Wast Management recently took over my Neiborhood for weekly trash pickup and they are doing a great job and keeping prices in check!
