I just had 2 new tires put on the front of my 2017 Dodge journey sxt and I'm very pleased with the outcome. The store manager Douglas was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted done. The technician Alexi took care of me and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs auto work done on their vehicle. You may have to wait awhile because they can get extremely busy at times but it's well worth the wait. I appreciate you Douglas. Thanks again for all you and your techs do. 👍

Amazing customer service, amazing work, trust worthy, and great prices! This place is the place to go to for any car problems. They could’ve easily scammed me out of a lot of money for the issue I had on my car, but they are completely clear and transparent about what’s going on with your car and on top of that their prices are great! If I ever have any further issues with my car I’m definitely going to them. 10/10 recommend this place to everyone!

Definitely a great place. The Regional Manager Douglas Pullen advised me on a few issues that would need to be addressed soon but what to do in the meantime. All I look for in a business is INTEGRITY and he absolutely gave it up.

Super helpful customer service. I walked in for an inspection and at first said it would be an hr or longer before they got to my car. Then the man at the front came to where I was sitting and told me they could squeeze it in between jobs and get me out in 30 minutes.

These people are the best. I got the beat service ever and they answered all my questions. I can’t thank them enough for their caring and patience.

Every time l visit your facility in Goldsboro, NC, William has a warm, friendly smile with the utmost courteous customer service. I usually get there early in the morning to avoid the rush. I am always greeted and receive the best service for my car. They even alert me when I may need maintenance. This location gets 100 stars from me. I always go there for my oil change and I live 3 1/2 hours away in the Outer Banks. When I schedule my trip home, l make sure to go there for my car service and l won't go anywhere else.

Went for oil change, and they were great. The check engine light come on months later, so I stopped and asked if they could check it out. Lucky I did! Not only did they fix it, but they also handled all warranty issues! Went above and beyond to get all the work covered. Will continue to go for maintenance, and if issues come up again.

Since I moved here, I have only trusted my car with PTAC. They are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, affordable (even for this single mom), and efficient. They do not have appointments but have 10 master techs on staff. Only once have I not been able to be seen for an oil change and that was bc I showed up close to closing. Headed back there this week for 2 tire replacements.

I came here to get an alignment on my mother-in-law's car as well as an oil change. Though they were very busy, the front desk gentleman was polite, friendly, and welcoming. I had no issues with the service I received.

I was there less than a month ago and have to share what a good experience I had while there. The employees did a wonderful job of taking care of my car and providing excellent customer services. They were professional, approachable, and thorough. I plan to patronize precision for my car's needs when I visit family there (I live in Florida). Thank you for a positive experience. Wait time wasn't too long, customer service was awesome and the price was unbeatable. I had 400 miles to go before my next oil change but I had a trip and I was a little concerned. I called to see if they could just check my oil, they said sure. I got there and waited about 3 minutes. He checked my oil and assured me that I would be ok with the trip I was taking and just to maintain my regular scheduled oil change........no charge for checking my oil. I have had the same car for 7 years and they have been my oil changers for the last 5. I couldn't find my coupon and the staff said if you can pull it up on your phone, we will honor it.....saved me 5$. I love those guys!

These guys are great. Came in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon with battery issues. Found out we needed a new alternator and they got us taken care of in an hour and a half. Excellent customer service. Our go-to shop for any car troubles.
