I have been dealing with this RAC for about two years now and the lady’s here are fabulous. Recently fell onto some hard times and they are willing to help me get my agreements back into good standings. I would highly recommend this RAC to anyone wanting to do a rent to own go to this location. Thank you RENT A CENTER.

I love the service there. The store manager Petrese gets to know her customers and works well with them. The staff is very knowledgeable and work well together. The sales manager Shavon made sure I had everything I needed and was so into making sure I was happy. I told my brother and sister in law to check them out and they love everything they have as well. When the guys came out to deliver they were very professional and made sure everything was set right. I love the ease of paying and the reminders. Great place to shop

Shevaun and Jesse, along with all of the other fantastic employees, have been extremely helpful and amazingly accommodating! If you need any help or assistance, they are there for you non-stop and at all times!! I'm truly grateful for everything they did for us, and I really hope to deal with them in the near future

I called in needing a matress and frame. I spoke with Shavonne, she was very polite, patient and just knowledgeable. I asked 100 questions, which she happily answered. She filled things out over the phone, repeated her self, because I ask things twice and was super sweet the entire time. She happily explained me to how to set up an online account to pay the bill, because I'm terrible at those kinds of things. We are getting our stuff on Friday! I would definitely recommend and I will be going back if we need anything else. Thank you so much!

The team here in the Georgetown store are excellent. I had a slight issue but it was resolved quickly by the store manager.
