This store could be a model for the company. I went in to switch to T Mobile from another company, and I could not have asked for better service during a busy Friday afternoon a couple days ago. I interacted with three team members and everyone was friendly and professional from the time I walked in. The team culture was evident from watching everyone communicate to help each other out and the manager providing support to assist with any questions. The manager, Michael, also came around with a candy bowl which helped tremendously as I had a 3y/o with me and other customers had kids also. Briana primarily worked with me and was extremely knowledgeable in answering all of my questions in detail and making relevant suggestions (e.g insurance plans, best screen protector options, using autopay, when/how to upgrade, etc.). I felt like she was genuinely interested in me having what worked best for me rather than just pushing products for sales. I got all my business taken care of in about 30 minutes including wait time. This experience was way better than I expected as I sometimes prefer to handle everything online. It’s good to know I can get outstanding service if I need to go in and get help in person.

I went in to Walgreens to print some photos out & their machine frozen up my phone no one could get it to work or turn off. Walgreens said they couldn’t do anything about it & would not be responsible for any damages their photo lips caused. I quickly came to T-Mobile & Mike was AMAZING, he was the only person that helped me & fixed my phone. Thank you Mike, T-Mole needs more employees like Mike!

Went in on 10/30 and Joe helped us with an account issue. Then as we asked about cell service and plans available and he spent over an hour talking with us. Came back the next day and transferred my service from Verizon to T Mobile, Joe and Izzy were so patient and amazing. Very impressed with the customer service we received and look forward to many years of service!!!

Nice store with friendly, helpful staff. I was greeted immediately. Jaylin identified and resolved the issue with my phone in just a couple of minutes. He is fast and knowledgeable! Thank you Thank you!!

Visited this T-Mobile store location in Denton and our experience and level of service was great. They had adequate representatives in the store to accommodate us. They were able to assist my daughter with her replacement screen protector and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Came in to buy a new iPhone and I don’t know the wizardry that happened but somehow Zo convinced me to buy a 14 instead of a 13 AS WELL as a $200 speaker on sale. He also stayed 30 minutes past his shift to finish getting us taken care of!! Zo is a cool cat and I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go to him. My mom also somehow convinced him to tell us his entire life story lmao!
Overall I had a great experience at this location :)

Being tech challenged, we often need help with issues on the phone. Geoffrey provided the most kindest and efficient service ever had in a phone store. Staying with T Mobile because of him.

Best wireless vendor experience ever. Went into their whole home 5g internet service, taking advantage of the 14-day no questions asked return policy. Took two units home to test if one was capable of supporting our heavy streaming service. Turned out the one unit, located suboptimal in the center of the house, was MORE than capable of all our needs. We returned the extra unit with - your guessed it - no questions asked.

Staff were incredible. Jaylin and Jonathan were a huge help on each of the three trips (I) needed to do all this. Returning a week or so later, Jaylin even remembered me by name.

I challenge you all to do better anywhere else!

BEST experience I have ever had upgrading/purchasing a new phone. Bella was friendly, direct to the point and understood what features were important to me. She knew all the products and explained the features clearly. I didn't feel pressured, she was very patient with me.

Justin is the BEST! He was so helpful and patient, and helped me understand the ins and outs of each plan so we could make the best decision. He truly has the customers best interest in mind. Any phone or plan needs- he’s your guy!

The service here was exceptional. The rep who helped me was Geoffrey. Ask for him bc he has so much knowledge about all the latest greatest products. I was transitioning from android to an IPhone. He patiently helped me thru the entire process so professionally. The entire staff was awesome as well. But Geoffrey was super amazing.

Lost my phone and had issues getting my new one set up. Came in and got great help. Very patient with all my issues and the extended time it took to get set up (no fault of the employees just some weird BS). Very friendly and reasonable staff, Ivan was a total bro and was awesome with helping me out.

Went in to activate my new phone with T-Mobile. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable about transferring information from old phone to new phone. He also helped me with a few accessories to protect my phone and install them all. I recommend this location to anyone that needs service and or new phones. His name was not on the receipt, just the last three digits of his sales rep number. Maybe T-Mobile should add their first name that's on their name tag onto the receipt to help out filling out the survey.

Needed a pre-paid Sim for my mom coming from overseas. Zach was able to help us quickly, set it all up for us as well. Great customer service!

I appreciate the superior customer service provided to me by the store manager Ivory. I had such an exhausting and unhelpful experience with the 1-800 customer service #, that I began shopping to switch carriers (after being w/ sprint for 10 years). After 1 final effort in store, Ivory made me feel like a valued customer. He listened, displayed genuine understanding, provided explanations, and a quick resolution to my issues. That's really all customers desire. He instantly called me by my first name several days later when I returned to the store. Sprint has a gem and a keeper in Ivory in my book.

I had the best experience, at the Denton Sprint location. All of the employees where very nice and helpful, Ann was the one who helped me. She is amazing! I had been shopping all day and had some of the worst costumer service experience. I ended my day with sprint, and Ann was the best! Helpful and super knowledgeable! I have told so many people who want to switch to Sprint to ask for her.

I am so pleased with my visit to T-Mobile Store at 1435 S Loop 288 Ste 107, Denton, Texas. Your associate Usher was so courteous, kind and understanding . I needed a phone for my sister and he chose the perfect iPhone for her. I will give him one hundred thousand stars as a rating! Thank you for employing wonderful people like Usher!

Lead Technician Marion at T-Mobile was amazing. My son had locked his phone and he help my son get back in his phone. T-MOBILE on Loop 288 Denton-Tx. As well as Jeffery who helped us. As soon as my son and I walked in we were greated. The environment was nice and welcoming. My son and I walked out very happy and pleased with the service and with new IPhones.
