What a great experience today! Ailen assisted me at the register and went above and beyond. She came around the counter to move a cart left by the previous customer. Counted my large dish set to be sure they were all there, and then ran out to the parking lot to find me after I forgot my credit card in the machine. She even checked that my Id matched the card to be certain it was mine. I really appreciate her great service. Thank you!

Aldana is the best employee. She helped me at the jewelry counter and to purchase some furniture. Then, she instructed the moving guys to help load the items into my car. Thank you!

Large thrift store. Always such a variety of styles to choose from. I always find cute finds still with tags. Pricing is fair and men's section is actually stocked very well unlike some other shops.

Fabulous store, fair prices, good finds. Also I remember a time when I found a big nice jewelry box for sale here but it was unfortunately locked without its key so I could not open it. I thought I could get into it with some pliers and a gentle twist, so I asked the cashier if I could please use a pair of pliers to try to open the jewelry box and she actually went and got me the pliers! The box opened and I love it. Excellent service and excellent store.

Elmer provided me with great customer service. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Thrift Giant. However, I they need to have more days where salmon tags are discounted.

I recently went to the store and was needing help finding some items but Mrs. Cristina Canales helped me and made my experience 10 times better .Great customer services I will definitely be coming back.

First off, I'd like to say that I love thrift stores but when you have someone that works there like Ezequiel, it makes the experience that much better. Ezequiel is a cashier that actually packed everything so safely, it arrives home in one piece. So thank you Ezequiel for taking such good care of your customers, I want you to know that we appreciate you.

When I went in, and was in a hurry Grace was super helpful in getting my checked out very efficiently and had a great attitude and brightened up my day.

Great discount store. I took my daughter to find a couch for her new house that she shares with other students. They have LR furniture right in front at entrance. We found a love seat and matching chair for $35. Perfect condition. We went to the register. Paid. And within seconds two men had it loaded in the pickup truck. Quick. No hassle. No wait. No problems. I wish we had one of these stores in Waco area.

When I dropped off my donations today,BILLY, was the person who assisted me! He was such a nice, professional, and very courteous man. If I could give him ten stars…I would! Good job Billy!
