All of the customer service reps are generally really really nice and helpful, however do not go in after work if you work in a industry that's going to leave you looking a little rough, I've had customer service reps, well one rep in particular, completely ignore me like I was beneath her, entirely unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spend there.

Heather is one of the absolute best people to work with at the Georgetown Belk. She has helped me more times than I can count for cosmetics and skin care. They definitely should give her a raise! It’s not everyday you can go to a store, and find good help but especially someone as sweet and kind hearted as she. She suggested for my mom to use Estée Lauder product’s and they have helped her skin dramatically!!!! To sum everything up, if you go to this belk… go see Heather!!!

The make up counter at our local Belk in Georgetown, SC, is the very very best. Heather & Ms. Kim are awesome at their job. I trust them 100% with everything they suggest. They always know exactly what I am looking for and exactly what colors would look best. If you need new skin care they are on top of that too.
They are honest about products that are too pricy for the results. They never forget what shade I buy even when I forget. Everytime I enter the store I can always count on one of them greeting me as I enter. They are the very heart of our local Belk and I shop there just because of them.

I love this store! This one is in Conway, that means I don't have to fight normal tourist traffic to shop. They have smaller inventory than their larger mall stores, but its convenience and great selections (and regular sales) keeps me shopping there.

The Black Friday week specials were truly awesome. Was able to get 50% off of two beautiful dresses for my mother for a vow renewal ceremony. Then because the clerk,, who was most helpful throughout the whole process, encouraged me to apply for a Belk's card. I was able to save 20% on each item I bought, so overall I saved 70% on every item I purchased that evening.

The merchandise available to Shoppers in store or their online shopping is incredible.

The customer service provided by in-store and again online Representatives is strictly incredible. This local Belk is truly a throwback to the 50s 60s 70s and the kind of customer service that you received then. Definitely five stars!!!

Not much to look at from the outside but inside deals galore! Lots of quality clothing, cologne, shoes, electronics, jewelry etc. Friendly helpful staff, clean, great covid control being employed. A jewel of a store right here in Georgetown! 🙏😁👍✌

My first time shopping at this location. Manager Anquan, associate Cheryl and associate Adrian went above and beyond customer service, will definitely revisit. Everyone there was courteous and friendly and helpful.

I have always been of belk. Love their products. The staff are always nice and helpful. Plus I found my daughter an outfit for like $4. Can't beat that.

Bell is having a great sale! Nice time to start Christmas shopping. Children's department has some beautiful items for boys and girls to wear.

This Belk is a hidden gem in Georgetown because it's chock full of savings and pretty choices! I love to shop here because it caters to all sizes and men and women.
