Absolutely amazing service. I got a tire from them Monday and it ended up going flat. I came up here this morning and they fixed it free of charge with the absolute best attitude about. They have been so caring and helped my stress level go down so fast. Everyone here needs a raise!!!!!!

Chris and Aaron did an outstanding job taking care of myself and my mother today. I came in for an oil change. They got me in first thing this morning. Thoroughly went through my car found out that I needed brakes. They notified me and ask if I wanted them to go ahead and put new brake pads on. I approved it. They got right on that and had me finished within an hour. My mother unexpectedly came in town today. She was having some issues in the front end. She had to be worked in with it being Christmas week. They have been extremely busy today but they were able to get her in. She ended up needing two new tires. They immediately got on that and we were out of there within a very reasonable time. I would highly recommended using this location. You won’t regret it. They will go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are taken care of and leave happy. I’ve come to the Georgetown location for all of my automotive needs since they opened several years ago.

They were super helpful to me. They took the time to figure out my tire could be patched and didn’t need to be replaced and got me in and out quickly even tho they were busy. Friendliest staff I’ve dealt with in awhile!!

The staff at mavis Tires in Georgetown, SC, go out of their way to be helpful. Getting a same day appointment was easy, the front desk staff gave me different options and made sure I understood the total cost of replacing the tire—including the labor cost.

Excellent service. Tory always has the best attitude and provides the answers to your questions. I have serviced two of my vehicles here and have had no issues. They are working hard on New Years Eve and aren't missing a beat! I recommend these guys if you are from in or out of town-100%.

100% recommend this Mavis! I was out of town and came in needing two new tires. I had already previously paid for two new tires in the span of three days due to unforeseen issues. Not only did they have amazing customer service, they gave me a huge discount on my new tires so that all four came out to a reasonable price. I truly cannot thank them enough for kindly giving me discount and making what could have been a really pricey moment much more affordable.

Came in thinking I needed 4 new tires and brakes based off another shops recommendations. They informed me that my tires were in good shape and that my brakes were fine. I have been to Mavis twice to replace tires. They are friendly, accommodating, and professional. On both occasions, I waited for the tires to be replaced, and the wait time was reasonable. I was very pleased with their work.

I needed a tire looked at and didn’t really have time to set up an appointment. I stopped in and they were able to help me out with getting it in and fixed fast and affordable. Definitely coming back for all my tire work

I had the unique experience meeting the guys here on an unexpected Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly, ensuring that the needs of my vehicle was met and timely. I enjoyed the clean environment, the maintenance crew and the front desk staff was amazing and so polite! I will definitely be returning and suggest you do too!!!!

I was having trouble with my Jeep and brought it in to Mavis to get it check out and Aaron was kind enough to take the time and look it over and got it back on the road. I am very pleased and happy with the work that he performed. I will definitely be recommending him.

Once again not only does the team here at this Mavis perform their jobs to the max, but they are so awesome, they are considerate and courteous and most of all their professional and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone for the services that they provide.

This shop is professional and they run a tightly managed crew with helpful and skilled workers. Chris even found my next services needs just before they were due for repair. Customer service was amazing. Chris was awesome, got my car back in a timely manner and the oil change was done pretty fast as well.

My experience was quick and easy. They had my tires in stock and were able to fit me in right away. I waited in the lobby and was also able to work with ease bc of the free wifi. Overall great experience!
