Baymont by Wyndham Cleveland

I have been staying here for 3 years when I drive to Ohio from Florida. Easy access off I 75, great location for restaurants, gas stations, shopping, anything you could need while traveling. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled, price is exceptional and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and coffee bar in lobby always has fresh coffee.

Motel type accommodations are not my first choice of stay, but this was a 5 star motel stay -not in comparison to other types of accommodations. Facility could have used a little upkeep but felt safe and was in a great location. Staff was personable and accommodating, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. Simple but something for everyone breakfast choices.

I stayed in this location for a couple months with my boyfriend and dog. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaning. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will return. The pool is nice. The location is near shopping, food and hiking. Deer frequent the field next door.

I'm a repeat customer who stays here 4 or 5 times a year, to meet friends to go fishing nearby. We have no special needs other than a convenient, clean, comfortable place to spend one night, shower, and have a quick breakfast. The Baymont fills those needs quite well, and at a reasonable price.

Extremely professional and over-helpful staff. I highly recommend staying at this property. My wife and dog accompanied me, on a 9 week project in Charleston, and the staff made us feel at home.

The rooms are a little cramped, and the bathroom setup is too, but honestly the rooms are still pretty nice and the staff has been so wonderful - the women at the front desk made my younger sister feel so special, and have been nothing but helpful and kind. Plus the lobby and breakfast room is beautifully designed and the continental breakfast is good.

Me and my fiancée have been staying at baymont for couple months now and the staff is so sweet and caring. There was just one that was a bit snappy and rude but we didn't let the affect us. The rooms are decent and clean at first. We had asked for it to be cleaned multiple times and all that happened was the sheets changed and a new shower curtain. One day we opened the door and the lock on the upper place of the door broke and we mentioned it and they said it's been happening on other doors but I still got charged for it. But over all it was a great stay! I would stay here again it was booked because of a conference so we had to do a different hotel. But I love the staff, they are welcoming and you could literally sit for hours and have a conversation with them! We gave one a card and she needs a raise or something!! She was just amazing!

There was an unexpected mixup with my reservation that the desk clerk handled with grace and finesse. The room and bathroom were clean. The pillows and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard pre-covid style. Hot with scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, as well as cereal, milk, bread and muffins. Will return.

The staff were welcoming and very kind. The room was clean and had plenty of space. Overall great for the price, will stay again.

The rooms were absolutely clean. The mini fridge had an actual mini freezer which was amazing for ice packs. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was spectacular! I wish they had rooms with kitchens, I'd move in now. Not a single staff member was rude or demeaning. We checked out a little late due to over sleeping and they generously gave us no issues or additional fees. Convenient to stores, food, and 75 yet removed enough off the main road for it to not be annoying while enjoying a swim. One of the best hotels in the area for sure

Awesome folks. Very accommodating. This hotel is always near everything but tucked away so it feels like you are not in the hustle and bustle of things. The office was clean and decorated for the season...with coffee and cookies.

It was a great stop. It was dark when we arrived and dark when we left.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
Our clerk was very helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was great.
Will stay there again for sure.

This motel is in a good, safe location... across from restaurants and shopping!
Although the furnishings may not be modern, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is nice and hot!
Our experience here was a good one. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful! We are thankful for their assistance, when an item was accidentally left behind!

By far the nicest I've seen in Cleveland Tennessee. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The shower is awesome with nice hot water. Due to my husband's job we have stayed longer and wouldn't change anything. The front desk are beyond some of the nicest people I've meet In this town. They really have gone out of their way to make my husband and myself feel comfortable and safe. Housekeeping are the same way they all have gone out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel more then most here. No bed bugs. Of coarse families are on vacation and noise is a giving anytime and to be expected especially when your traveling with family. Thank you all and I give you a 5+

Just spent four days and the stay was very good, the hotel is older as expected the rooms were clean and everyone was very friendly. For the price we were very happy and would stay again when in Cleveland.

Awesome deal on price for the week through our Wyndham rewards. Excellent location. Love being on 1st floor and easy access to outside. Fresh CLEAN towels everyday and excellent breakfast with coffee ALL DAY! Staff was very nice and late check out was not an issue. The rooms are upgraded and very nice. We will for sure be staying here again! 💗

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Pool and rooms are really clean! Really fast Wifi! We stayed a week and they had a really good price for us! We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back on our way back home and stay two more nights! Really cool location up on the ridge located near the mall!

Considering the level of hotel and price, Baymont Cleveland exceeded my expectations. Room was nice and clean, large lcd TV, and all furniture and fixtures looked fairly recently renovated. Breakfast was pretty good for continental, individually wrapped muffins, Danish, package oatmeal, fruit, waffle maker, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, milks, juices, and pretty good coffee. Had no issues with the rooms, grounds, or room fixtures. Staff was excellent and very personable. Hotel was in a decent area and clientele and grounds were not seedy or anything as some Baymont and similar are. Pool area was small but looked clean. Few very minor complaints, some kind of protein would be nice for breakfast options and not just simple carbs. Large door for bathroom is annoying and needs a stop. Carpet could be improved. Beds were harder than I prefer. But these are all nitpicks. Overall a great stay for the price and I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
