TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cleveland

I had been staying for a week. For 3 days of the week a very noisy man stayed next to me. Last night before I left I mentioned to Matt about my irritation with the guest in 417. I had to hurry and go to dinner before everything closed, so I didn't have time to move out of my room right then. He turned over my request to Misty who was an angel. She secured a room for me on the 3rd floor. She even opened my door for me because my key was expired. I moved the whole weeks worth of clothes with all my other stuff, but couldn't get it all in 1 trip. So Misty waited outside my room and grabbed my case of water, while I grabbed the rest of my things. I can't believe how good the service is between the 2 of them all week. They were stuck here on Monday because of the snow. Misty remembered me from the day I checked in. Her smile and kindness is exactly what you want when you're paying good money for hotel services. Both of these two hospitality agents are those types of workers who don't ever say "that's not my job". It was honestly shocking how friendly Misty was, because it was 2am. So to summarize, I will be coming back the next time I come to Cleveland, TN, for the good service.

The rooms were large and clean. The location was convenient for shopping and the event we were attending. The staff were great. Even though we checked out that morning, they let our party of 14 return that afternoon and use their breakfast area for a potluck lunch. Just an awesome place!

The rooms were great. Customer service was awesome. They help My husband. They got him crutches cuz he could not walk. They go out and beyond to keep their customers happy.

Being a delivery driver I've made many visits this place never actually stayed it is very clean very nice stuff and I'm just a very clean nice setup.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was the best I had in many years. Kathy was one of the people in the breakfast area who made you feel it was all about you. We stay in many hotels because of our jobs and this is the best. Will recommend to everyone who visit the Cleveland area. The rooms were large, clean, modern and accommodating. The cleaning crew were superb would put your dishes in dishwasher and start for you. Now that's service. Stayed at this hotel for five (5) days. Very beautiful location with many choices of hotels to choose from; happy we decided on TownPlace suites Marriott.

Hotel is new and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Room was very spacious, clean & well stocked.

Breakfast was large and inviting and had plenty of food options to choose from.

I didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or the grills, but it is super cool that they have Weber grills for guests to use!

Matthew on the afternoon shift is absolutely AMAZING! He deserves a raise! No joke. The customer service he provided was top notch! Plus who can’t praise someone with a sense of fashion 🤣

My family and I travel extensively for work. We come and go from hotels almost daily without much notice. James and his entire staff made this a wonderful place to stay for us. All very kind and go out of their way to make sure everything was perfect from the time of check-in through our entire stay. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and rarely have I EVER arrived into a hotel room and it smell like anything but a "hotel room!" NOT here.. the rooms smell wondeful and comfortable and nice!

We relocated to this hotel from another hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one! The rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen area, great outdoor pool, large lobby area, nice fire pit in the front, and very friendly staff. We stayed almost two weeks and very much enjoyed our home away from home.

This Hotel has been the best stay and customer service experience that I have ever had at a hotel! When I arrived the staff at the front desk was so helpful and kind as I was not having the best day that day. They helped me get my cards straight bc I used the wrong card and the manager James even came and let me know the problem was solved. The lady that was working front desk Victoria was so professional and at the same time so sweet it was such a delight to see them every time I walked in the entrance or came down stairs. Michael another team member who helped me at check out made me feel like I was part of their extended family. Needless to say I will be back to stay as often as I can for business at this establishment. They deserve 5 stars and then some!

I have stayed her annually for several years. It’s a lovely, clean, and relaxing hotel. This visit I was getting ready to work in the lobby when I realized I forgot my laptop charger. The manger loaned me his personal cord. Thank you Michael! Amazing service!!

The hotel is only 6 years old and it shows. Everything is in very good condition, the rooms are spacious, clean, and we'll maintained. I always look for any type of bugs and there were no signs of any anywhere. The room we stayed in had plenty of space, a kitchen table to eat at, a kitchen with bowls, plates, pots and pans, a dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator, kuerig, and more. The front desk told me when I initially booked that the room had a work desk in it, but upon arrival, it did not. The 2 queen bed does not have that but the King suite does. However, the front desk and management quickly remedied my issue and brought a desk to me.

The hotel is very clean overall. There is tons of seating downstairs, business areas, TV's, great hot breakfast selection, and a great pool. There is also a nice sitting area outside with a fire pit and grills.

It's conveniently located right off the highway but still feels quiet and safe.

Very affordable and spacious especially if you are a disabled veteran, be sure to ask about discounts before checking in. The kids loved breakfast, the rooms were very accommodating with a kitchen and an oversized bathroom. We were tired from driving and this caught our eyes coming off the highway. Thanks for the complimentary cookies and the very professional atmosphere!

After staying here multiple times, this hotel and the employees are so hospitable, kind, and accommodating! I have enjoyed staying here for various trips for years now and in different parts of the year! They have always had clean and beautiful rooms with great service!!

James is the most welcoming front desk manager I’ve ever encountered. He made us feel as if we’d stayed here before and like we were old friends coming back into town. He’s so accommodating & extremely professional. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. James made sure to call after check in to ensure we were happy with our room. 10/10 We’d stay here again! I have stayed at several Hotels in the area for business purposes and have to say this hotel and their staff is the best by far. Clean comfortable rooms with great customer service. Will definitely be urging my company to use this hotel everytime!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Shatara, the employee at front desk, was so nice! She was very friendly, directed me to local stores, and always took the time to talk to us. The room was very nice too! We were very impressed with employees and service.

Their team was very accommodating and kind, they always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect and near all our key restaurants!

If I could give it 10 stars I would! This place was great! Bed was comfy, room was clean with mini stove, sink, and more. Large shower, large smart tv. Staff was the best. Breakfast was amazing, with different options most places don't have, and it all tasted great! All at a great value. I stay at a lot of hotels, This one is one of the best I've ever stayed at.

With thousands of nights spent in hotels, and knowledge of hotel operations, I can say with confidence that this is the best management team I have seen. Norma and James are a perfect balance of professional business and family fun. The Desk Staff are all great, the rooms are clean, and well maintained. Over the course of the 2+ years I have been in and out of Cleveland, I could not recommend any other place to stay.
