Been going here for years and the folks that work here are and have always been on the forefront of amazing customer service!! I feel like the greeting you get when you first walk in is always genuine and makes you feel like your visiting a friends house ya haven’t been too in a while. If they don’t have the game they always look to see where else I can get it, and anything else I’ve asked for too. They have spent countless conversations talking to us about new and upcoming product launches and games. Not to mention there launch parties are pretty fun!! So thanks to the whole staff @GameStop for Serving Cleveland, TN. We love having you here!!

I don't think there has ever been a time when Drew wasn't the friggin best. On this visit, Drew went out of his way to help me with my quest for funkos, getting me my Stormtrooper. All funkos were in amazing condition, even the bigger ones, which for some reason love to crease. Till next time Drew.

I have only been to GameStop A Couple Of Times But both times my interactions with the employees were always both times a very nice experience. The staff each time was acknowledgeable and very friendly couldn't ask for anything better and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend GameStop To anyone they also buy electronics and games for cash or credit

Well knowledgeable on games and friendly and has huge selection of games and merchandise to suit everyone's taste.

Nice kid working the counter. Very helpful and courteous even though my husband kept farting up the store. I know the poor kid had to smell it but he never made a face or backed away.

This location is great. The staff always seems genuinely glad to see you and never makes you feel like burden. They are also on top of the latest releases and not only very knowledgeable but have a genuine passion for the hobby. This isn’t the closest Game Stop to me but the extra 10 minute drive is well worth it. The manager there (Drew) especially has always went above and beyond. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

The employees are very knowledgeable about games and making suggestions on ones you may be interested in. They are helpful with locating or ordering Pop dolls as well as games. This is the main store we go to, even though we have a store 5 minutes from our house

I have taken my son to this store for years!! Always love it when our favorite Mgr is working!! He is so kind, knowledgeable and every single time he greets myself and my son by our names!! It's nice to shop places where they remember you and where the employees stick around!! Coming from a Mom that doesn't play with electronic gaming things, and not to tech savy, Game Stop always comes to the rescue to help my kiddos and I. Drew is the best and is always there to help set up anything no matter how long it takes. I really do appreciate all their help every single time!
