Electronic Express

We recently moved to the area and we wanted to upgrade our TV and get a sound bar. I found this business through G Maps and was interested based on their review history. Well, their history became my present and I was glad I took the bait. Spoke with the rep about what I wanted, the recommendation was easy to approve for our needs, and the purchase was made. We needed the TV and sound bar mounted, so they provided that service and had a mount for purchase. About 1.5 weeks or so and it was time for the delivery and install. Two gentlemen came to the house, took their time installing it and ensuring it was done correctly. Minimized their mess as much as possible and took all the excess stuff away. They explained how things worked, how to get the best out of our experience with the TV/sound bar and bam! Great experience all around. One caveat, they did not have the length of 8K HDMI cables I needed at the store so I had to go 3rd party.

Working with Jay was great. He went above and beyond to help me understand everything about my purchase.

I been looking into buying a surface pro and was overwhelmed with the variety of types...Jay Patel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. I explained what I was wanting and the comfort of it and he knew exactly which one was right for me..he even went through the other options and differences before I even had to ask... Our family gathers frequently to watch sports( football, golf, baseball). With that being said, we decided to purchase a larger TV.(85 inch) before football season begins. We conducted our own research on the best TV looking specifically at picture quality, sound, and price. Jason at Electronic Express helped us to meet our goal. He met with us three times spending quality time assisting us to find a TV that met all of our needs. He was informative and knowledgeable about different TV brands. I appreciated his approach. He provided good information and shared his expertise, but he was not overly assertive. His expertise led to our purchase. We would like to thank and recommend Jason for his excellent customer service.

I went in earlier in the day and chase was very helpful in explaining stuff to me then when I went in later that day chase and Anthony were really helpful in helping me finance a gaming computer and explaining to me all their finance options to pick what worked for me and my budget 10/10 would shop there again

Lindsey was absolutely great! She was very helpful! Had answers for every question we asked. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about all the appliances! She made our shopping for new appliances so easy and very patient with working with us. She is definitely your “go to” when needing new appliances. We are so thankful for Lindsey and to find this place for updating our kitchen!!

Very nice people the guy that helped me he was very patient and kind. He went through everything with me and help me pick out what was best for the gaming pc I wanted I couldn't ask for a better customer service.

Shane was the best and was so incredibly helpful. He knew so much about washer and dryers and answered all of our questions. We were in and out in 30 min or less and the entire experience was wonderful. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Excellent and quick restoration of my ASUS laptop computer by very knowledgeable service representative named Shane. I thought I'd have to use my warranty and laptop would be sent somewhere for repair. Shane got me past the blue screens and error message in less than twenty minutes. Very impressed and happy

We purchased a Sony Bravia 65” TV last weekend at the Cleveland, TN location of Electronic Express. Our sales person was Chase. He was great. He gave us good, non-biased comparison information and was not pushy or overbearing at all. He knew the products well, as well as the steps to complete the purchase in a quick and efficient way. Go see him if you are looking for any new electronics or appliances.

The help was awesome. Her name is Lindsay totally got me in and out great price quick service helped me with any questions I had and I had a few she is totally awesome. When I walked into Electronics Express in Cleveland, TN I was feeling a little overwhelmed. I had been looking for over a week for appliances for my new home and I needed everything. Bob immediately greeted me as I walked into the store, asked if he could help, and let me know he was available for questions when I was ready. After I determined what I wanted he was so helpful to answer my questions. I took some time to think things over and when I returned later in the day to make the purchase he made it so easy for me. It was so refreshing to get such great service, affordable prices, and low cost delivery and installation. Thank you Bob for making this such a great experience for me! I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for any type of electronics.
