Wonderful experience. We purchased our outdoor furniture at A&C. Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the different options available to us and helped us make the best selection for us! Tons of very cool, interesting and unique furniture and lighting. Huge one-of -a-kind spot! You have to go see it for yourself.

Loved it! Bought a leather recliner and a Kincaid sofa. Sales staff was extremely patient and helpful. I'm glad we drove the extra miles before making our decision.

They do not stand by their products and services. I had 14 pillows made at a cost of over $ 2400.00. When a zipper broke on one of them they said no warranty and I would have to come get my pillow and find someone to put in a new zipper. Rude and accepted no responsibility. When you shop at a high dollar store you expect more.

Wow! This place is not what I expected. Everyone needs to experience this store. Employees are exceptional. Merchandise is one of a kind. Some things can be ordered. Owner and wife are awesome.

It has been some time since I have come across the level of excellence in customer service that Gwynne provided me at Augustus & Carolina. It was my first time in the store and was there, ironically, as a General Manager going above and beyond for a customer of my own. Upon arrival, Gywnne informed me that she had just recently been employed at Augustus & Carolina - and to bear with her as she spent time following up with my out-of-the-norm situation/request. In addition to her so diligently following through with my request - she was also the only staff member servicing the showroom that day.

Again, as a general manager who's company's
success and livelihood relies on excellence in customer service, I truly couldn't speak higher of Gywnne - and based on our interaction - would personally hire her.
