Arlene and the rest of the staff at Badcock (Georgetown), have always been excellent with their customer service and quality of work.

Have been doing business with them for 1e years. Always friendly and exceedingly helpful. Never a pushy salesman trying to make their sales quotas for the month.

I went onto the store to make a quick purchase . The sales person was very helpful and I was in and out of the store in about a half hour including getting loaded . The guys loading were very good also. Soon I was on my way to Columbia with my lazy boy purchase in my Honda HRV.

Chase is remarkable!!! Her customer service was Exemplary. The new team is incredible.. Happy the others are no longer there except for Arlene she is Awesome...

We enjoyed shopping at the North Augusta Badcock..The store manager was professional and customer friendly..She answered all our questions clearly and went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied..She is a true asset to the store..Thank you.

Purchased two recliners and a dresser last week and was told I would receive a call to set up delivery for this Saturday … never received a call but kept getting spam calls all day so kept rejecting them … not one call was from Georgetown … then today Shoni (sales person I bought from) showed up at my work (on her lunch break) to inform me they keep calling and can’t reach me … she went above and beyond to ensure I would get my delivery (again on her lunch break) ,., if that’s not amazing customer service then I don’t know what is … they can’t set the appointment time without verbal authorization and come to find out the call route through a Charleston exchange and I kept rejecting the calls … anyhow I’m impressed !!!!!!!

They have nice furniture it's not super awesome custom furniture. But if you are on a budget and can wait a few days, you can get most items delivered on the next Tuesday. They generally do not sell from the showroom floor unless it is in the discounted or bargain room.

Leslie was very helpful from the time of our meeting until the end. She was professional and knowledgeable about the process and it helped to enhance our shopping/buying experience

Georgetown SC is the Best badcock I've ever been to, Arlene is absolutely amazing!!! Received the best customer service ever!
