The Ice House LLC

I lived I think a door or two down from the owner with my aunt back in 2016/17 and, let me tell you, I don't know who was baking it but their pound cake. my God, I still mention it to this day. I'm only 20, but, they had the best home made pound cake I've had so far, with the little plastic saran wrap. I'd go offen with my pops or family for cigarettes and snacks and I'd get a piece each and every time. it's been on my mind since I've left town, and I have half a mind to find some way to get their recipe lol.

Every time I come back home to Georgetown, S.C. my first stop is The Ice House to get me a couple of Hotdogs and Sausage Dog with everything on it, they haven't disappointed me yet, I highly recommend that you stop here when you are in Georgetown!

Anytime we head to Georgetown, S.C., we can't leave without stopping by the Ice house for hot dogs and sausage dogs. The chili is absolute the key to this delicious gotta have. The sausages are plump and juicy and the hot dogs are yummy too. The Ice house has been around a long time and well known for their hot dogs and sausage dogs. Do yourself a favor, and don't miss out on this treat. Highly recommend this taste sensation!

This store doesn't look as big as it really is from the front, but is very surprising in its quantity and variety of fishing and hunting supplies inside. The fishing supply section is probably the biggest I have ever seen with rod & reels, fishing line supplies, live baits and crabbing equipment and on and on. It even sells parts for boats in case you need a new fuel line or such. Plus they are a fully stocked convenience store, with canned and refrigerated foods. I especially like their variety of crab nappers, they have big ones, they make themselves. I got a medium one because the large didn't fit in my car. I can't wait to try it out. (Sorry little crabbies, I'm a commin fer ya!)

I found the employees to be very helpful. It appears they are a Western Union location too.

Need fishing supplies? They have you covered, and have some of the best hotdogs and sausage dogs available. The even fry chicken, tater wedges, and various other foods at times.

A fisherman's paradise the largest selection of fishin tackle I've ever seen in a convenient store , only a Walmart could possibly rival it and I say possibly!

They have everything a fisherman needs, open 24/7, fresh bait and great chili dogs.
