Nice store, it's always clean with decent prices. Most of the staff is very helpful and asks if they can help us on a regular basis which is unusual these days but really appreciated. It's a smaller store but they almost always have what you are looking for, even quite a few organic items at a better price than most other stores.

Great produce. Very fresh meats and produce. Very friendly workers and management. My favorite go to for groceries and pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are so nice and prompt. Michelle the Pharmacist is so helpful, known her for years and I just love her.

7-5-21 I forgot to order a birthday cake. I called asking if they had a white cake with butter cream frosting,and they did! I explained my dire need of one TODAY! LOOK AT THE AWESOME JOB THEY DID!
Also,the little guy,Junior,is so nice. He walked me to my car one night. He said "I don't want no body to get you". Food City,on Hall Rd., Alcoa, TN.37701 is a wonderful place to shop.

Come here couple times a week. Mainly for the deli. The ladies in this deli are amazing and so helpful. I Especially wanna give a shout out to Mrs. Reba, thank you so much for always taking care of me. She goes above and beyond the duties of her job.

This store is super clean and all the shelves were very properly stocked. Their produce area is very well in order making it very easy to shop. We will return to this particular store.

Now that the food City on Hall road is closed down, this is the only location left of you are on Broadway or Hall road on this side of town. Still a great place to pop in and out and get what you need.... Since the pandemic is over, (until the next time the government needs to distract us.. Lol 😂) the store seems staffed pretty well and the ones currently working are friendly... Like most folks here in Maryville.

Bottom line: good prices, convenient location, friendly staff. As of 4/19/23 they are carrying a wide variety of outdoor items which you can see on the front apron...3 to 4 foot high lawn ornaments (simulated wooden bears, deer, etc)... They also have hanging ferns in pots as well.

Great people working there and a lot of choices on food.

I work at this Food City as the cake decorator and I have to say this is the best job I've ever had. Making cakes is so much fun especially for the kids. Doing freehand work is also my favorite thing to do. So come by our deli and say hello 😊
