I've rented from Enterprise for decades. In Virginia and since 2013 from Georgetown location. I just spent for months renting from the location in Georgetown. I had nothing but valuable insight, professionalism and attention to my concerns.
I even ended up buying from the Charleston SC location. Anyone I called at the call center was willing to assist to their upmost.
I've dealt with numerous other companies and think Enterprise has been the best.

Heck, I hadn't bought a new vehicle since 1991 and I did so because I wasted 3 grand plus trying to find a mechanic that would get my Car right. Three I can fix it reputable allegedly places. She ran fine till one mechanic place dealt with her.
I almost had a heart attack at what the automobile cartel was getting.

Came to enterprise to rent a car for a cross country hunting trip. Had a little difficulty up front with trying to secure what we needed for 4 guys and a LOT of gear. Matt worked with us, trying to find something we could use and not be entirely too cramped. Encountered a few more difficulties on the trip with the car but Matt was nothing but helpful every time we had an issue and went far above what I expected him to do.

I will definitely be using enterprise, they are he best car rental service we have had experience with, and quite specifically Matt is who I will be asking for when I walk in. Extremely good customer service and I couldn't be more pleased.

I needed a rental last minute to drive from South Carolina to Illinois. This was my first time ever renting a vehicle from any company and I'm glad it was with enterprise! They efficiently answered all of my questions and got me on my way in a timely manner. There were no problems when I had to extend my rental. The employees of Enterprise in Georgetown, South Carolina are both friendly and professional and I will definitely be using them again if needed.

Enterprise once again has not disappointed me. Needed a rental ASAP and got one the very next day even though it was Saturday. Had to upgrade at no increase. Very well mannered employees. Answered questions without making me feel like I was a bother. Will always use them over and over.
