My fiancé and I were looking for a little hobby farm, enough acres for my horses and chickens! Chris Shear helped us, through our first time home buying experience! She was very helpful, informal, and she just took the stressful, nervousness, and anxiousness out of buying a house! She is very patient and easygoing. I highly recommend her, she paired us up with the perfect property, more then we could ask for! We are very pleased with our buy! I couldn’t thank her enough!!!!

Very professional staff

I recently purchased a property from a seller who used Coldwell Banker and my experience was horrible. The agent who I dealt with directly was Paul Schieldt. The process of purchasing the property up until closing day was OK. During my final walk through it was discovered that the washer and dryer that I was purchasing with the home were removed from the property. The seller and Paul claimed it was a accident but it was clearly written up in the signed agreement they were to remain. I worked with them and agreed to still close as long as the units were returned. Upon the return of the units it was discovered the washer was not functional and the dryer was damaged. I then agreed to let Paul have a maintenance man come out and evaluate the situation. This person stated he did not recommend repair and I needed new units. He appraised them at about $350-$400 per unit. I then agreed to work with Paul yet again and let his seller buy me new units that would cost about $650 since she would not just write a check for the units. I agreed to this. Then Paul continued to let his seller break yet another agreement and tell me I needed to pay for half the units because the seller would not. I believe that this is completely unethical and I advise anyone looking to use this realty group to purchase or sell a property to go elsewhere. Paul has been unresponsive and did not care about the unethical practices that he allowed to occur during this transaction. I would give this business 0 stars if possible.
