I don’t frequently leave reviews but I have to admit, I was eager to come here to the Aquarius Spa page and leave a review after almost a year of experiencing this salon every other month. I have long hair and recently in need of correcting gray hair. I was hesitant that the stylist wasn’t going to come close to my natural color. I have been impressed how Mrs. KRYSTLE has matched my natural color to the exact shade. My hair looks like when I was in my 20’s ha! With Krystle’s expertise she has been able to preserve the identity of my natural color plus do my highlights beautifully and she knows how to care for your hair like it’s hers. My hair hasn’t looked this healthy in years.

I cannot say enough about my positive experiences at Aquarius! I have enjoyed multiple massages, facials and hair appointments. LaDonna and Tina are amazing massage therapists. Krystle did the BEST cezanne smoothing treatment on my hair and is incredible with color. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile and given top of the line service. The prices are fair and worth every penny!

I got a lash lift and tint from Aquarius! They did an absolutely wonderful job and it was so relaxing. I had somewhere to be that afternoon and they got me in and out in such a reasonable time! Love this place!

Just had a facial done for the first time ever by Aquarius. It’s been almost a whole week and my skin is still glowing. I cannot thank y’all enough!

I just had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Sheldon. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had (top 3). I want to give Sheldon a shout out for listening to my needs and then providing an outstanding massage that addressed them. I can’t say enough!

Aquarius Spa has never failed to provide exceptional service, from reservations thru check out. Five star service in all areas. I highly recommend Aquarius Spa, and ask for Sheldon!

Set my wife up with a surprise spa day here. In her words, "she's never felt that pampered before in her life." So I'd say they were worth every penny and then some lol.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Our couples massage was heavenly. Several of our friends and family rave about their experience as well. We will be continuing to get our services here!

Great experience! Mcclain saved my hair. I had a bad haircut at another salon and needed help badly. Mcclain took her time to hear what I wanted and did a great job. Would 100% recommend. Very friendly staff and clean environment.

Superb customer service. Ladonna is the best at sugaring anywhere in the Columbia area. Pricing is really good for the service and super easy. Plus the boutique is super cute and always a good selection.

I went for a wash and haircut. It was very relaxing and everyone was friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful old house with lots of character!

I’ve only been here once so far, but from my visit I give it 5 stars. I went for a dry cut with Dustin. He was lovely! Friendly, outgoing, informative and you can tell he cares about his work! Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had since moving here and I am so happy I found him!

It's always a good experience at Aquarius. I have been trusting my skincare to Dorelle for years and she is the best! They carry top end products for skin, hair and nails. They offer a full range of spa services. We're fortunate to have them in Chapin!

I was looking for a place to get my brows waxed and shaped. Soriah was amazing and so sweet! She's also very good at what she does! I was very happy when I left today. This place has so many services that I might have to try out, eventually. They even have a boutique section where I got a really cute purse, also! Definitely recommend and will go back!

Last year I left a 2 star review mainly due to my wife's appointments getting canceled at the last minute 2 consecutive times. I just deleted that review so that I could retract what I said. She has been going there for a few years and is very happy with the services and friendly staff (I did say everyone there was super friendly). My wife is a sweet woman but has high expectations and standards (I'm an exception) and is obviously pleased with Aquarius otherwise she wouldn't return. I made my reply early in the covid days and though it was inconvenient to be canceled last minute when we had formal plans, I was not being understanding. My wife's stylist was sick (covid or not is irrelevant) and they were doing everything possible to provide a safe environment for themselves and their guests. I've worked in customer service most of my life and I do understand although I didn't express it then. I apologize to everyone there for my previous review. I'm also sorry it's taken me this long to change it (she's there right now which reminded me of it). I made the initial review without her knowledge as well as this retraction (I am not under duress).

I enjoy going to Aquarius Salon. Amber does an awesome job with my hair. She is attentive, professional and a great stylist! Everyone at the salon is very nice. Aquarius give me the opportunity to relax, if only for a little while. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good stylist. I can’t wait to try some of their other services.

All the employees are very personable! Very easy to have a conversation with. Jen does my pedicures and is a perfectionist. Dorell does my facials. Getting a facial with her is so soothing. She is knowledgeable with her products and procedures. My face looks and feels awesome!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the lovely AQUARIUS spa! Wonderful environment, extremely peaceful and positive here. I had Nikki as the massage therapist, and she is very good! I will be returning once a month myself. ♒😁 keep up the great work ladies! Btw loved the cute little gifts they have up front. Lotions, soaps, and jewelry! I also love that it's so well put together inside. Loveeeeee that the beds were so comfortable throughout the entire session. Nice touch with the warm heating topper for the bed to stay warm. Absolutely loved the native american flute music during the massage!! Extremely friendly staff!
