Dr Derksen is not only a quality dentist, but he is a highly specialized i prosthodontist who goes to all lengths necessary to make sure his work is both aesthetically and mechanically perfect. He’s a wonderful listener, has a great bedside manner, is extremely detailed and is just as much an artist as he is a dentist which is so important when working with prosthetics.

Highly recommend! I had been a patient of Dr. Higginbottom for over 30 years and, with his retirement, am now a patient of Dr. Derksen. The doctors, dental hygienists and administrative staff are expert at what they do and make you feel like a family member rather than just a patient - I had a recent medical issue that required dental clearance and they rearranged schedules to get me in the very next day - I am so appreciative of what they have done for me and my family over the years.

I went to Dallas Esthetics for a routine teeth cleaning. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted with smiles from the front desk and providing me with friendly assistance. I had Cate as my dental hygienist. She was so sweet and extremely gentle... so much that I fell asleep in the chair. She and the dentist, Dr. Sloan, were very thorough with their inspection. The last time I visited, Dr. Derksen was the dentist that checked on me. I can say that both Dr. Sloan and Dr. Derksen are very nice guys and you cannot go wrong with either of them. Overall, great experience and I will be making them my dental place of choice.

Dr. Derksen is one of the top dentist in Dallas. He is highly skilled, takes lots of time examining your teeth and visiting with you about your teeth, extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and genuinely cares about you. Five star service. His office is beautiful, has the latest technology in dentistry, and office staff are excellent. I highly recommend calling Dr. Derksen's office to make an appointment.

I’ve seen many of the hygienists & dentists here over the years & I’ve ALWAYS had excellent care! Just recently, they had to give me a new crown as well as a custom made bite guard. All went exceptionally well and I was comfortable the whole time.

To the person, from check in, to cleaning to the Dr’s, there is none better in the metroplex in my opinion. What’s more, when I’ve needed oral surgery, implants, etc, their recommended specialists are a nearby local extension of their own practice…highly competent, honor appointments, great results and friendly.
