Lindsey was so very helpful helping us pick out our custom furniture! We went in having zero idea of what we wanted, and within an hour had narrowed it down to 2 specific pieces and she helped us pick the fabric that made us both happy, as well as be very versatile and kid/pets friendly. So excited for our new adventure!

Oh my goodness, first off, the folks that work here are the kindest souls. They aren’t pushy at all like most furniture stores either. The prices are quite high, but the quality is great. When you can get their discounts it’s totally worth it. We got a la-z-boy couch at an incredible price, and it’s the most comfy thing. We’re planning on going back to purchase a recliner (which are priced so well right now too in the back room). Delivery is so cheap and they have a veterans discount as well. Thank you again for everything!

I visited Eller & Owens with a friend looking for furniture for her place, and was so impressed with the selection and quality of the furniture at their showroom in Cleveland, that I started looking for new furniture for my home. Carla, the sales person we dealt with, was exceptional! She was very personable, very knowledgable, and spent much more than the usual amount of time helping us compare options and coordinate colors, etc. She showed her expertise in design and knowledge of current trends in home fashion. Truly a wonderful shopping experience. Kudos!

CJ was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed. Had custom measurements that required a lot of time to get right. More than happy with the services provided. Good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Would do business here again.

The staff is remarkable! We met Carla when we first visited the store. She was very helpful and even had a chair brought to her store from Murphy NC, so we could check it out. My wife and I returned twice to seek additional information. We then met Alyssa who helped us through our process of purchasing a chair. Alyssa is very customer oriented, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The inventory is not your run of the mill furniture store. They stock quality built furniture at great prices. Never had a bad experience over the years. Checked out some new recliners and kept coming back to Eller and Owen to purchase them based on the quality and service provided by CJ.
