Platinum business! We rented a violin and found out my son wont be needing until June. 3 days passed since rental andthey refunded our rental fees in full and voided the contract which was a nice surprise. We will be back again. This business supports schools in the area and are great members of the community.

All Strings Attached is an exceptional family business that provides outstanding services to their customers who quickly become members of their family. Their knowledgeable staff provides a great quality product through their many instruments, and their equity program works beautifully. Our sons played violin and cello from fourth grade throughout their college experiences and we were able to use their equity program to gift them their instruments. Our only regret is that our close relationship is at an end but we will forever feel a deep connection to All Strings Attached, their dedicated staff, and submit this comment to future families and with our highest recommendation.

We wanted to work with an establishment that was more personable and less ... corporate? Not pushy into a rent to own agreement. Answered any questions we had, patient, waited with a pause rather than a push to see if we had any other questions.

Excellent place to rent or purchase stringed instruments and accessories. Good prices and service; we rented for several years before purchasing and were always pleased.
